Fulling Mill Stonehouse Pizza & Carvery in Rhondda Cynon Taf

Sam made us two of the most tasty, delicious pizzas we’ve ever eaten - and Jan, the barmaid was so bubbly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Great customer service here. All the staff are incredibly helpful and friendly

This pub is beautiful from the moment you park! It's very clean as well, we saw all the staff cleaning when they had nothing to do. The staff thenselves are so friendly and polite, they appear to be having genuine fun at work and that just adds to the experience. The carvery was well stocked and freshly cooked and the lady who carved for us was brilliant. My son had a stuffed crust pizza and absolutely loved it. Would definitely recommend.

First time coming here and the food was fantastic. Carvery was much better than any others I've had before in other restaurants. Apple pie and custard was a fantastic portion size. Will be coming back again.

Awful!!! Staff can't be bothered! My both drinks had to be returned to the bar as there was something wrong with them. Food was terrible!! Veg tasted like it had been hanging around for hours and the turkey was well under cooked. Worse £30 I've ever spent.

I won't go there againSince posting the above information the manager has asked for me to get in touch to address the matter. On this occasion, I unfortunately haven't got the time due to home improvements and helping my parents. This contact from the manager shows a business willing to address issues, so I'll change my rating to a higher one.

Food is ok, you get what you pay for when you get so much volume for under £10 a head with drinks. Staff amazing and helpful. Really friendly and cleared and cleaned table straight away when we’d finished and even offered to get us more drinks etc if we wanted. Hope their hard work is recognised by management.

I was served by a lovely Karla who was very attentive and extremely kind! She helped me with the discount and went above and beyond to ensure I was a happy customer! The food was absolutely lovely, and all staff were extremely helpful! Very decent price for the food portions also!! I’ll definitely be returning here in the future! Lovely environment!

Staff are friendly and helpful. Wasn't overly keen on the food this time round ordered 2 halloumi wraps with mayo and sweet chilli sauce witch comes with salad and chips. Chips where very dry halloumi was nice no salad or mayo and drenched in sweet chilli. My son ordered chicken burger witch come over cooked and dry was very disappointed.

Not a bad place to stop for a bite & drink. Customer service was good. Felt very welcomed. Warm atmosphere. The only downside my order of *Fully Loaded Wedges* didn't contain any BBQ Sauce as advertised on the menu. 4 stars for today.
