Robbed me blind for £38 and never delivered food, then argued they were right. Food never delivered and £38 out of pocket and the restaurant does not care. Avoid, Avoid before you get ripped off by them

The food was delivered much quicker than expected, which is probably the only plus point. Honestly the worst Chinese I've ever eaten! The food is tasteless. Crispy beef and chicken curry just tasted like they were in spicy water. Chow mein wasn't much better. I genuinely feared that I had covid again due to the lack of taste. Avoid at all costs!

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL. My partner and I ordered a Chinese to arrive for 6.30pm as that is when I was getting home from work. It arrived at 5.55pm... cold by the time I got home!! The pancakes for the duck were split as they were underneath and everything else was completely average and underwhelming.We contacted Just Eat who were as helpful as they could be but to get any further we were to contact the restaurant which took 2.5 hours. When we got hold of them they were extremely rude in talking Chinese between each sentence and laughing at this complaint. They said "£30 is nothing what are you complaining about? Just come and dine with us again"... For people that have lost their jobs through COVID £30 is a lot of a money!!!!! I wouldn't dine with them again even if they paid me. DONT OFFER TIME SLOTS IF YOU CANNOT STICK TO THEM.

Terrible. Just terrible. We ordered for 6:30PM, it turned up at 6:00PM whereby all the food went cold as my partner didn't get home until 6:30PM. Along with that the duck pancakes were crushed under the duck itself splitting most of the in the middle.Although the food went cold from waiting until 6:30 it actually turned up room temperature.I tried to call the restaurant but was met with an answer phone. After possibly the 5th try we got through, only to receive abuse off the call handler and the chef speaking via that person saying we must be wrong and they won't do anything about it (I took a photo of the pancakes when they arrived at 6:01).Would never order again, avoid at all costs. Bad food, bad staff, bad everything. AVOID!

From order to delivery, it took two hours. I phoned several times but the person who answered didn’t really care. He said they were busy and it was “one of those things”. I tried to cancel but he wouldn’t refund me as it was “on its way”. I looked on their Facebook site and the prices there are very different to what I paid via Just Eat. The food was cold and bland and my son found dog hair in his prawn crackers 🤮

We ordered on Just Eat at 18:00 and after calling 4/5 times and being spoken too extremely rudely by the owner our food arrived cold at 20:30. No money back, no apology, no refund. Absolutely disgusted

Terrible service this eve.Placed an order through Just Eat at 6:45 that was immediately accepted for delivery at 8:05, for it to turn up at 9:10. Rang at 8:50 to be told "the problem is you live far out" (3.4 miles door to door and a massive 9 minutes drive according to Google maps?) and that it would be with us soon.When it finally turned up it was cold and also wrong - considering we ordered vegetarian dishes and it turned up with chicken and beef in... Double checked our order in case we made a mistake - we hadn't - no apology and told to just claim back through Just Eat.If you don't want to serve us because we are "too far out", that's fine, but don't accept the order in the first place.If you don't want to serve us because it's a vegetarian order (I see a few of your other reviews on Facebook make reference to meat in veggie dishes) don't offer them.A massive shame as I had been recommending your sweet and sour Tofu.I understand mistakes happen and if it was just a forgotten order and we had an apology, we wouldn't have said anything. But to complain about distance (when you accepted the order?!) and not to receive any sort of apology is just rubbish.Don't bother, order elsewhere.

Ordered through Just eat.Delivery was about 30 minutes early. GreatThe cost is quite high, but the food was nicePrawn toast was really goodSpring rolls were flipping spicy. Not sure if the spice lid fell off but it was a right slap in the face :). Edible though.Overally the food was good. Would have been nice for an option on just eat to add sweet and sour to special fries rice rather than BBQ and gravy.Got a "free bottle of coke" spending over £34ish.Got poppadoms for free also. I think. Didn't order them

The first order I placed was NYD, so expected some delay in food arriving. However, it did not arrive until hour after said time, but I can understand that there must of been a massive volume of orders. The only part that annoyed me was that it made me and my guests unwell, I thought it might just be a one off as I have never been unwell from this place before, also I’d like to add there was nothing else we had to make us feel this way.I ordered again from here last night, I had a guest over last night who wanted a Chinese and this being the only available one on Just Eat for my postcode, we thought we’d try it again. The delivery was incredibly fast and the delivery guys were both lovely on both occasions. However, we both became unwell after it again and I hardly ate anything. So I don’t think I’ll be ordering from here anymore, never had issues with them prior to NYD, but the last two experiences I have had not been the best.
