McDonald's - Tonypandy in Rhondda Cynon Taf

Ordered 2 mcflurries. 1 smoothie and 20 chicken nuggets. As you can imagine doesn’t cost much, like £11. Order shows up and she’s given me the wrong order completely. £35 worth of food roughly. Phoned her she said she’d be 2 minutes she was turning around apparently. Half an hour later no delivery driver no order. I’m sorry but I’m eating this now absolutely starving. Utter shambles. Understand delivering the wrong order but don’t lie and say you’re coming back and you’re 2 minutes away. Might want to rethink your career Adrianne.

App order. Seemed extremely quite inside. 25 minute for food with no drinks the young chap said you're drinks are coming 10 minutes later no sign. Spoke with a nice trainee who went to speak with management by the time she had done all this the silly young chap then appears with our drinks. Trainee took 5 minutes were as the young chap took 20 minutes and aloud of excuses he didn't no were to look when the trainee come out .. message forwarding to head office

Amazing food was cooked to perfection well worth a visit . We will b back yummmm

Placed my order at 13:17 at a click and serve point. Waited for the order 20 minutes before questioning about its whereabouts. Was told order was on it's way. Went into the building to get the meal to be told that they had to recook the burgers because no one had put the fried down. Waited 10 minuts longer before going back in to collect our meal ourselves at 13:57. No one was at the serving station. Was very upset with the lack of service.

Staff are completely overrun, drive through ends up being a 20 minute wait. Got home, shorted on my order. Offered a voucher for the missing item or come back and fetch it!! McDonald's needs to improve its customer experience....appalling!!!

The Diet Coke was warmer than the food... shocking.. they do realise you track the driver on your phone? He done more miles than a lorry driver before he got to us!!! Money down the drain not even worth complaining as they don't care!!!

We went through the drive through too get 2 burger meals at 22:00. We were given our milkshakes at the window but got asked to park up to wait, there were no waiting bays available so had to park elsewhere. After waiting for about 30min we got out meals where the burgers were cold and missing bit and a complete mess. The chips were warm. The chili cheese bites were missing the dip as well. Not happy with the service that was received., if the wait Time was known I wouldn't of ordered

Probably faster to order online than drive through. Waited ages whilst home delivery is prioritised.Staff are lovely.Waiting time isn't worth it.

Absolutely awful on a Saturday afternoon that there were queues of people waiting outside to sitin as there werent any tables available, bearing in mind that there were atleast 8 kept aside EMPTY for staff while on their breaks. Asif all members of staff would take a break at the same time anyway. Turning parents and children away or making them wait in the rain. Bad business McDonald's

Tasteless. The food had no taste whatsoever. The vanilla milkshake tasted of banana.I must say it was the first time in around 10 years that they got the order correct even though the food was cold and tasteless.Sat in covid drive thru queue for around 20minutes before being served, then had to wait to get to the second window before receiving food.Very rare for ice cream and milkshakes to be served at this location.
