Nando's - Nantgarw in Rhondda Cynon Taf

Come here loads not just because the food is amazing and always is.. but the staff are also amazing especially Lara one of the managers. Her service and interpersonal skills are second to none.. and if she wasn’t happy at Nandos I would employ her tomorrow with no hesitation always happy always smiling and this is one of the main reasons we keep coming back is the food and the service is second to none best Nandos in South Wales by far 💯👌

Very worried about hygiene standards here or whether employees keep up hygiene. Had a family meal here, days later I come home with an illness it is not COVID no one else in the family has this illness either only me in other words the utensils and glass I used would be my main concern as it is bacterial.

The service was fast and friendly on today's visit. Unfortunately this is where the positivity ends.To start the drinks tasted strange despite changing glass, I believe the machine needs a good clean.The tables were very close leaving us feel crammed. The portion sizes have gone down but the prices have gone up.

I visited this Nando’s for the first time on 9/5/22 and will never return, by far the worst Nando’s I have eaten in. It started with the order, my husband told the woman at the till that it is a gluten free order, which should be taken by a manager, but her response was what you have ordered is gluten free anyway!!! They have to make the cooks aware to avoid cross contamination but nothing was mentioned. After 45 minutes of waiting for our food my husband went to speak to the manager to see where our food was, and it had got lost between the till and the kitchen, which was next to each other!! We finally got our food which was ok, nothing special but it’s only chicken and chips, but had better at other Nando’s. Also during our time waiting for our food I witnessed the cooks eating chips in the kitchen as they were cooking them and dishing up, not only that one of the waitresses thought she would join in and regularly went into the kitchen to help herself to handfuls of chips, and having a laugh and a joke with the cooks whilst peoples food was waiting to be served to them. Very unprofessional and poor service.

Nice and clean place. Friendly staff and fast service.Was quite busy when we visited.Nando's prices are a bit high though

The staff are extremely rude. Spent most of my meal with a member of staff staring towards our table. When I asked a waitress for a straw for my autistic child I was told there were none until I pointed out that I could see some on the counter. Really think staff need training on how to be polite.

This was my first visit to this Nando’s but it is now my favourite, I don’t know what they do differently but it tasted so much better then any other Nando’s I have been to!We went on a Saturday lunchtime and although busy, the food was still quick and there was no rush to get the table back.

Great food, quick and friendly service and excellent social distancing!

This place has been recently refurbished and it looks very neat and fresh. There are more 4 person tables and less tables for larger parties. Nevertheless it is still packed and be prepared to wait at least 30 minutes as they usually don't allow reservations. The food is the same as always but this time around it was a bit drier than normal and my hot spice chicken want as spicy as normal. Maybe it was slightly overcooked? That's why I can't give it 5 stars.
