Pagoda in Rhondda Cynon Taf

I'd given zero. If I could!!. Ordered duck starter,🙄 couldn't separate the wraps as where soggy an stuck together!!! Followed by salt pepper chicken,, I need another set of teeth to keep on chewing!!. Rang them to say, an they where very dismissive an asked for food back B4 they would sort anything. Bloody nightmare!!!

Food arrived within 20 minutes of ordering and we got the prawn crackers for freeFantastic service and very tasty food 👍

Quite dissapointed.The food is lush. However. I ordered chicken balls on noodles with curry sauce.There was no sauce at all. Dry noodles. I wish I could take a photo tbh.I then phoned and they were polite, and blamed just eat essentially and said the sauce may have not been put on the order. Which isnt possible as it gives you the options in the menu to choose sauce which I did . As what I ordered wasnt what I had delivered, and what I paid for, i think I should atleast be offered a free tray of the same for the future. Unfortunately i doubt they'd read this review. And due to the lack of compensation. I doubt I'd go there again.

Helpful staff, but they have now increase the minimum spend for cards to £20. On checking with Visa and MasterCard this is totally against their terms and conditions, where any merchant cannot impose a minimum spend for the use of their cards

Foods ok but spent over £30 with this Chinese and no freebies better offers available in the area.The sun Aberaman would have given twice the value for the same price.

Loved the food but the SWEET and SOUR sause was like water really disappointedThats why only a 3 starWill order again but not the sauce a disgusting.

Ordered meals for 4 of us...waited nearly an hour for delivery, items missing from order - called fo advise and complain to get it redelivered - was left on hold for a good 5 mins, they advised it was being sent out immediately. 2 hours after ordering the missing items, a refund or a phone call is yet to be received and they are now closed!

Ordered £45 Chinese. When it arrived an hour later dishes were missing. So I sent the food back with the driver to the shop. Rang the shop and asked for fresh food to be sent out to be told that this cannot be done, they are too busy. Terrible service and rude attitude. No care at all for customers. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Very unhappy with the food and delivery service, Not only was it cold but the vegetables were RAW and not cooked (Still frozen) Chicken was undercooked. When telephoned, they answered then hang up. Think before you place an order or even get food from here.

Amazing Chinese takeaway, absolutely perfect EVERYTIME. Never had any issues with them, speedy delivery and their app offers 7% discount which is awesome. Great value for money as the amount of food they give you is second to none.
