Tbh it was just ok. My first visit to a Papa John's and very probably my last

ordered papa Johns pizza, donna the server and manager went above and beyond for us, what a asset she is to the company, will deffo be ordering again. thank you for the polite service and our pizza was amazing and hot when delivered

I decided to make use of the 50% off vegan menu and I was very pleased with my Vegan Garden Party Pizza, I ordered a small which was very filling and tasty. The vegetables to non cheese ratio was brilliant!!! I will be ordering this pizza again!!!

Fast service also delivery driver was polite,friendly and well an awesome guy more takeaways need delivery drivers like this manNot sure on the name but drives a small little blue car THANK YOU!!

Literally stood waiting on my pizza now and the staff couldn’t be lovelier! The guy who served me and my boyfriend (ginger hair, glasses) is so friendly! We told him it was our first time coming here and he’s totally looked after us! Coming back to the counter to check up on us and let us know how long the pizza would be.Vibe is really chill and mega cheap deals! We’ll defo be coming back!

If I could leave a zero I would. A few weeks back we were waiting more than half hour only to find out they didn't have our order. They were highly disorganised, flapping about and not focused at all. Shocking. There was no apology, just a very angry manager as she had clearly had a gutsful of the staff - she gave us our money back some 45 mins after ordering, again no apology, and she then ordered all the staff out of her way to sort out the 'mess'. I believe people were being given the wrong orders and that someone took ours. I raised a complaint with their HO via their contact page, and to date I have never had a response. Shocking!!With Dominos, Pizza Hut and Sainsbury's doing quality pizza on their door step, you would think they would be keen to apologise. But no.As a customer service professional who recruits catering and hospitality staff, It is safe to say I would NEVER offer any of them a job. Shocking management.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!Waited 2 hours for the driver to turn up with cold pizza's that were crushed as if sat on and sides that had about 5 wedges in each box. Waved down driver to tell her but she drove straight past me. I phoned to get a refund but was told that they would have to email head office as they cant issue the refund in store. After 10 days phoned the store again and spoke to the manager and was told he had no idea about the complaint and there was no email sent to head office so he would do it himself. Contacted customer services myself but they took 2 weeks to reply and needed to contact the store but would get back to us. Still waiting after another 2 weeks for a reply from the store or from customer service. Absolutely disgraceful customer service from such a big company. Order from Domino's across the road instead of here.

After 5 attempts to order online i was impressed to receive my pizza within half an hour to open my xxl £23+ pizza to find the saddest looking pizza I've ever seen, the fact you had forgotten to put BBQ sauce on the "BBQ chicken" was not the only issue i had but more the "all the meat" was basically a cheese and tomato pizza. I've never been more disappointed with a pizza in all my life and has most definitely put the biggest downer on my evening with no interest in "ringing to express my lack of satisfaction for another pizza to be delivered" I will definitely say never again papa John's 1/5 And that's purely to quick delivery
