Pizza To Go in Rhondda Cynon Taf

Ordered on the app, payment took forever to go through, when trying to call to make sure the order had gone through, they answered the phone and hung up. I think an investment in a customer service course wouldn't go amiss. Unfortunately I won't be ordering from them again.

Terrable customer service waited over an hour for my order only to receive an email off PayPal to say my money had been refunded this is because one item was out of stock

Really hit and miss sometimes it's nice but majority of time it's not, shame because it used to be lovely all time when the lanes had it.. Pizza tonight tasted like dough or cheese had gone off. Hardly ever open either

Best burger I've had in a long time. Pepperoni in your burger is not something I'd thought of before but it was amazing.

Food is good usually. It's my Sunday go to takeaway. Little tip for some of your drivers, don't let the pizza slide around as tonight's order, the cheese was all stuck to the box as the driver gave it to me upside down so there was hardly any cheese on my pizza.

Well can't quite believe the price I just hear rang back to check they had it right and yes sure enough it was right one burgers with a hand full of chips and a 12"pizza with ham and mushrooms. What for it £22.00 I'm in shock 😱. Won't be ordering again I could have a full Indian meal for that what a rip off.

Disappointing food. Luke warm on delivery. Food very cheap, basic and nothing to boast about. £25 for a four person meal which I would next time recommend Asda pizza and microwaveable burgers to be of better quality. Not disrespecting Asda pizza, which is far better than the food received from Pizza To Go.I rate fairly and this didn't deserve a 1 star. Very disappointing quality of food and will not return sober or after a couple of drinks.

Firstly the burger wasnt 100% beef as desicribed, the 14" was meant to b thin but was deep pan ,chips were hard, only thing i enjoyed was cheese :( waited about an hour for delivery(which i wouldnt mind if everything was as i wanted) .. used to live in the area before and this was the top takeaway on my list so to say the least i was dissapointed when the order arrived
