Very Friendly Staff And Excellent Service, Clean And Stunning Food

Been ordering here for about a 18 months as it's one of the only places that offer vegan options around here.My complaint isn't with quality of food itself but the consistant messing up of orders. Wrong sizes, sending meat when ordering vegan options.I know places make mistakes but it's has now become a problem everytime I order, and now they're saying "oh we'll give you extra next time" sorry there won't be a next time.

Stunning food would really recommend this chinese, every time I have ordered food from here it has always been really nice and they do the red bbq sauce to always polite and food always ready for collection and delivery vertualy always on time.

Shocking service! Ask for no veg due to allergy And they messed the order up when I rung to explain this they refused to change my order there and then and told me I would have to wait until I order next time! Well I can assure you there will be no next time!!!

Porth Palace has been about since i can remember..with the lovely Mei Ling serving the famous Jason Special which consists of meat of your choice with chips. peas, onions and special Gravy sauce or Curry sauce..Many special dishes to indulge in to be fair 😋..well worth a visit 👌

I have tried a few meals from here and they have all been aweful. Crispy beef is supposed to be crispy but was not crispy but very chewy and did not seem like beef to me.i will never go here again for many reasons and I only gave 1 star to write this otherwise it would be zero stars
