Royal halls patisserie in Rhondda Cynon Taf

We went in search of custard slices and FOUND THE BEST CUSTARD SLICES EVER, in addition to pasties and jam tarts.The custard slices had mille feuille level delicious pastry, the creme pat, perfect, not too sweet, eggy and V Smooth texture.Really helpful staff and communication. Hard to beat this quality bakery. My husband is American and was blown away.

Loads of choice and freshly made cakes, baguettes and pasties. I had a stunning minted lamb pastie....I chose well

My wife and I love the baguettes from here for lunch as well as the cream horns (freshly made). We have always been happy with everything from here, including desserts for Christmas and our beautiful wedding cake, which is why we have kept coming back here for the past 9 years. The staff are especially friendly and make it feel very welcoming. What can I say except to suggest stopping by and giving it a try.

Great bakery. Bread, savouries and cakes are of a high standard. This bakery is doing an outstanding job during the pandemic. Can’t fault their delivery service. We should all look to support our local hero’s.

Just stopped here to get sausage sandwich for a snack, The sausage looks like it was cooked a week ago! hard nuked to re-heat it... Disgusting had to throw it away !! Pastries no better either... wouldnt wast your money...
