Run out of some food options for breakfast then proceeded to tell me since they had to change what they had run out of on my order I couldn't swap anything else like I normally do just because the till said no.

Good food, lots of seating and fairly clean. Service can be a little on the slow side.

Not clean at all. Dust around the tills, the cake counter top looked grubby, the floor by the window is awful. Maybe staff are too busy to clean because they're foraging for food. Food often runs out. I observed one lady trying to order a bacon sandwich, which had run out, the server's response was "we've run out". I thought a little 'sorry' may have been nice or maybe even a suggestion of an alternative. When I informed the lady that the Pepsi Max had run out, her response was, "Yes, we know". Again, no apology, or 'we're trying to sort it's or 'i'll put up a sign'. I have been a handful of times and each time have been disappointed, this time was the time for me to speak out. I've given one star because of a lady called Lisa who was very pleasant.

Lovely food and service with good prices. Offers a selection of vegetarian and vegan alternatives and is a nice place to relax or get work done accompanied by a cheap but delicious cup of coffee or your choice from a colourful collection of cakes and sweet treats.I would especially recommend the halloumi breakfast for £4.50 it is a great meal!

The Christmas lunch was extremely disappointing, with meagre portions and an absence of mash potatos. The meal tasted processed, and had clearly been value engineered, rather than created for the pleasure of the customer. A customer also has to collect their own cutlery, which was disappointing. On a positive the staff were friendly and polite.

Popped in for breakfast. Took over 30 minutes to get us food and it wasn't that busy there. Loads of staff not doing very much and looking fed up. One staff member was friendly who brought out the food. The salad with the omlette was hot but omlette was full and nice.

Long queues for overpriced food that we then have to wait 1 hour and 20 minutes for.It was busy and the staff were friendly and helpful, but they clearly need more staff on to cope with the demands. They couldn't even offer me my first three choices as they'd run out.Not what you'd expect from a large superstore. I'll be in no rush to go back.

The coffee is good. Considering how much is charged for the food is expect them to be using the Sainsbury's finest range and not the budget end. My friends like to take the kids cos it's cheap. I'd rather not eat here. Not too much choice for veggies.

Sorry guys, the food is usually very nice, but the chips were cold and tasted as if they had been reheated several times. There appeared to be issues with customers wanting refunds and tempers were frayed with staff at times. Service was slow as a result.Sorry guys you usually do a fantastic job and value for money

I had reviewed this place as a 4 but after my experience today in the cafe I'm giving it a 2. Such a let down food was edible b4 but now its just horrible the beacon was tasteless the beans were dry and horrible never been a fan of the sausages there. Menu is just rubbing and customer service is disappointing such an arrogant bunch. When asked to clean the table they took ages to come then did half a job chucked crumbs all over me and there was some left on the table. When I wiped the soaking table with a napkin it was stinking. I only gave it a 2because I couldn't justify a one for the woman who served us at the top of the shop. Disappointed
