Silver Lounge in Rhondda Cynon Taf

Really scrumptious chicken, would definitely go again. Kids loved their kebabs with the spicy ceylon sauce (I don't know how they do it!). Already recommended to friends, family and neighbors and anyone else who asks!

First time I have been here and my last,£8 for a large mixed lamb and chicken kebab which was more like a medium by other places I have been.Very disappointed in this place.

Absolutely awful services, my food was drowned in some sort of liquid! I had sauces on my food that she said caused it, I always have takeaways and kebabs and I have never experienced this in my life with sauce lol! Never has my food looked like this from sauce! and the woman replied “you shouldn’t have sauce then” & “it’s cold because of the sauce that’s why” “don’t have sauce then” if I want sauce on my food I should be able to have that and it’s not cold from the bloody sauce atall. All I wanted was a fresh or a refund and I had to argue with a woman and the manager that constantly had an excuse to why my food was the way it was! to finally have a fresh one, they then took the two of them back and come back with one. Absolutely ridiculous. Although the delivery driver herself was absolutely amazing.But absolutely poor service and disgusting attitude from the staff. And the manager is absolutely foul. The way I got treated was very poor, there was constant excuse and told me I shouldn’t have sauce on my food. Never will I ever order again I do not suggestIt will not let me add a photo but it’s absolutely disgusting it looks like it’s been chewed up and spat back out, if they think that I’d eat that or if they’d eat that then there absolutely disgusting

Worst shop everytime I order items missing and if u call them back they send all greasy chicken not even proper chicken don't waste money here... No good 9th time missing item from food

An example of a great kebab shop, I have been going here since the 90's on and off. Simply the best tasting donner meat you can get... reccomended 5 star 👍👍👍😁

I have been ordering food from silver lounge for 30+ years.Lately the last few times I have noticed that their portions of food are getting a lot smaller, but I am paying more.After 30 years I will not be ordering again

Always loved the food from here.. haven’t had it for a while since moving out of the area, decided to drive up tonight and whilst understanding they are rushed off their feet I’ve received the wrong food but already gotten home when noticed, prices don’t match the amount of food you receive, prices have gone up whilst portions are extremely small 😱 hate to say but I’ll staying with my local in future 😕

Very tasty kebab, ordered for a scheduled delivery and it was bang on time. Ordered an XL but it was a large at best and was missing a sauce I had asked for but overall very good

Just brought family's Friday fish and chip supper home from Silver Lounge. Opened the gravy and was disappointed with the small portion I had received.Thank you for your courteous response.
