Tesco Cafe in Rhondda Cynon Taf

Basic breakfast most places offer all you can eat and drink for the same price

Arrived at 15.40 on a Friday to be told that we could only have toast or teacake. They close at 17.00! Settled for toast and requested it be well done - it wasn't. Tesco need to look at how other large food chains serve their customers! I take my mum and part of her shopping day includes using the cafe. I won't be returning to Tesco.

Slowest most expensive service ever. Would be cheaper and better to go buy a BBQ and cook it yourself in the carpark. Can’t believe how utterly sh1te the service here is and how much it has gone down over the years. Additionally from what I can see of the kitchen whilst I’m spending an hour queuing, their fire safety seems to be non existent.I’ve given this place multiple chances because convenient, but I strongly believe the problem is endemic as it has continued over weeks with different cafe staff.Gogo gadget worst cafe in space-time….

Breakfast wasn't good and the sausages were rock hard and looked as if they were cooked the day before, shocking and not good value for money either.I won't be eating there again

Over 5.staff but took ages to get the food, food was OK but expensive for what we had.Would not recommend a visit many food outlets closer better value and faster service

Ok food takes 30 minutes even when their quiet. But it arrives cold and not as per the menu and paid for. Member of staff wasn’t remotely apologetic. A business that cares will ask how they served you. Not this lot, they just don’t care and don’t look like they even want to work there.

Cafe was empty when I arrived. I was served quickly but a very cheery member of staff. Food was nice and hot. I did not want a tomato so was offered a mushroom which I was happy to take. Will definitely be back if I'm in the area again.

Nice cafe way too expensive for the little amount of food you receive bought a tea coffee and 2 paninis costed £10

Lovely friendly young ladies. Often have to clear tables, although not always able to as there aren't always any trays, so consequently when it is really busy, it is quite common to see tables full of used plates and crockery. This is not the fault of the waitresses though. I feel that there is some poor management involved.

This is a standard Tesco cafe offering standard Tesco cafe food. The atmosphere is pleasant enough and the staff are friendly and welcoming.The food and drinks are reasonably priced and always served at the appropriate temperature and in a reasonably appetizing manner.The only area that lets the outlet down is the slow service. The cafe could do with being better organised, especially with regard to serving drinks. Having the till operator also brewing drinks causes long delays in processig drinks orders.Still well worth visiting.
