Lovely family run pub/hotel, right next to train station with links to Cardiff. Family has just taken over and couldn't have been more helpful. We will go again

Nice local pub hotel in Pontypridd. Booked a large double room which was in decent condition , with shower and tv. Free parking outside and close to shops and main local bars down the Rd. Landlady was helpful and friendly.Recommended for a short booking if you driving to central Cardiff and want to save the high prices in central Cardiff .

Nice tasty food at a reasonable price.Didn't have to wait very long either.Will definitely eat there again

Worse nights sleep of all time. Top light came on at 1am and wouldn't turn off. Woke up to no electric so couldn't shower, ironic as the light was on all night. Avoid at all costs.

Had lunch here today with 3 friends food was nice. Staff were lovely excellent service. Much better experience this time. I'm glad I gave it a second chance. Well done.

Avoid this place!!!!!! Pub smells, unhygienic food, not to mention how unclean and disgusting their Inn is!!!!!!! First, of all they have very rude staff!!!!! When I called to ask for directions to this place- inconvenient to find, staff over the phone did NOTHING to help me and were extremely rude by saying they have "customers" which shows clearly how badly they've neglected me. NO WAY NEAR WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!!!!!!!!!! Not at all worth what I've paid- because of how bad my stay was, I got sick the next day.Rooms had cobwebs, unclean dirt on the floor and walls with cracks in them, ensuite bathroom extremely dirty with poorly flushing toilet. Loud noise until 3am which made it impossible to sleep!!!!!!! TV not working !!!!!! If you want to avoid stress and hassle, you MUST avoid this place.1 star is far too generous considering how inadequate this place is I am extremely dissatisfied with my stay!!!!!!

Staff very friendly and attentive, good quality food at very reasonable prices. I visited on Friday night and there was a live artist to entertain us. Highly recommended, we've booked a family meal on Christmas Eve for our granddaughters 19th birthday

Me and wife had chicken strip starters with mixed grill and thoroughly enjoyed,not biggest mixed grill but filling all the same.

This place was recommended to me for traditional Sunday lunch. I have not been to many pubs in Wales, but the food was really good. Sure, the building or the furniture are a little run down, but for me, it was a nice part of the good experience I had. And the staff was really nice.
