Food not that special bog standard will not rush back, there was a good atmosphere as football on my.

Lovely food served here. If you go, make sure to go out back to the beer garden. Nice and open and heated when needed.

As a group of English people we found The Lion vert welcoming. A fun and lively place with a good beer garden and seating area out the front. Beer was good and the sun shone 😁🌞

Great if you just want a pint but waited 55 minutes for a meal in a near empty pub, chips where cold, onion rings over cooked and steak cold, very over priced for what they serve also

The pub outside, front and back, is amazing, inside needs an update but it's average, doesn't live up to outside. Worse thing (not first time I tried) was the food. The chips were so hard you couldn't get a fork in them, food was bad overall. What a shame was expecting much, but didn't deliver . 😞
