Building work going on, fire alarms going off could not hear each other talk due to noise. The food order was incorrect items missing.Very slow service, 🐌 being that there were only six people in the whole restaurant,Can't say I would recommend this place to be honest.

We enjoy it here and that you can use vouchers from a number of places. It was very slow though and that was an issue. Very quiet inside but very slow. Atleast 30 minutes for starters and when complete another 30+ before food arrived, hospitality and food quality kept it at 4 star

Great location, brilliant food and lovely staff! Service was a little slow, bit could be down to COVID and staff levels etc. You could order through a QR code which we did and it was easy.

Strange that we had to order food via App as there were staff running about. But I guess that's covid. I ordered a meal which came with a mushroom sauce. All seemed OK until a dried up chicken in breadcrumbs arrived. I enquired about the sauce to be told they had run out so would I like ketchup or mayo . I did try it but was awful so didn't eat it.. Staff were great and bill was adjusted accordingly. Would be better to be told before meal was delivered so an alternative could have been chosen.

Booked here for a family meal and unfortunately, I'm sure it's down to staffing issues caused by covid but we waited 1 hr and 15 mins and still no food. We had somewhere we needed to be so i offered to pay for our drinks and leave but the staff who were great offered the food to takeaway for free. We took the food home and am so glad we didn't pay for it, the pizzas were terrible, I mean really bad. If we had waited I wouldn't have paid for them anyway.

Personally avoid at all costs. Service is terribly slow, not the server's fault I understand but clearly understaffed with parties on a Saturday evening. Sat down 1515, had to request to be seen at 1545 for drinks and food and an extremely long wait between course, nearly 30mins after mains waiting for a few bowls of ice cream. Used to love it here now it's made what should have been a memorable night pointless. Ordered the bill and waited another 10minutes then to pay.

Waited for an hour+ for my food. The pasta was bland and I needed to use my phone to see meat in my pasta. Wasn’t an exaggeration at all. It wasn’t even minced meat it was tinier than that. Thought it would be at least worth the hour of wait but no. I couldn’t see another reason having dinner here

Very nice. Had a calzone which was very large , very tasty.

I've been once before and it was just as lovely. Food was brilliant and service was amazing.
