Came for a Birthday today and they were very accomidating for this which was very nice to see.Service from our waiter for amazing but one guy looked like he had just started. Seemed very inexperience and looked really grumpy, as if he didn't want to be there. He served us our food and it was very difficult to communicate with him about who's food was who. I don't think he knew what the food was that he was carrying? He also completely ignored me when I asked about another drink.Food did take awhile to come out and was waiting about 30 minutes between courses. (Noticing food was sat at the pass for awhile?)Food wise ... the Calamari was abit rubbery sadly, I have a feeling it was sitting around abit after being cooked. I had the Pork Belly Roast for my main and I will say that the Pork Belly itself was stunning, the rest was abit of a let down.My biggest issue was the Yorkshires though, and this backs my theory up for having cooked food sitting around. They look really good and crispy to the eye, but they were actually limp and soft by the time they got to us and also some what rubbery.Great afternoon overall, and will return because its a nice atmosphere and a lovely place to go. Perhaps just avoid the Sunday menu?Note to kitchen (if they even read this) - alot of plates seemed to go back with Yorkshire puddings still on them, either cook them to order or don't have them sit around so much? A basic cooking skill that you should know.

A great place to eat out in the Mumbles area. It’s a spacious restaurant and with a bit of notice it’s nice and easy to book a table. Great choice of your looking for no fuss and waiting around. One of the best things about the place is the staff - who have always been helpful and friendly - before, during and after COVID!The menu offers a good choice for everyone - with a very reasonable fixed price offering. Highly recommend the burgers!

Everything was great. The only issue was the starter… pita bread to be dipped in Hummus was cold and rock hard which spoiled everything.

Great place to stop and have a meal or a snack. we sat outside and ordered a chicken and bacon club sandwich and a tuna mayo baguette and two drinks. Service was very efficient and friendly and the food was excellent and reasonably priced, we would definitely stop here again 😁

Attended here for our 10 year anniversary meal with our daughter. We were a few minutes late as parking (and trying to find the venue) was a bit or a nightmare. We took a lot of things on board,-it was a Saturday afternoon so it was VERY busy. The greeting and staff were fantastic, I cannot fault the staff at all even if the service was slower than expected , I couldn't fault them on the professional conduct. The starters : The arranchini was nice, not packed with flavour but nice. The chorizo was definitely not to my taste but again cooked lovely. My daughter waited at least an hour her food, which wasn't ideal considering she is a young child - We wish it was served at the same time.that we had our starters.Main meal - This is where the dissapointment hits. The fillet was so so bland , even with a sauce added. We both like our steak rare which usually means the flavour is lush but this was just tasteless and a huge dissapointment for the price and the portion. The deserts were sublime and rescued the experience for us, jam-packed with flavour. The final downside was that the women's toilets were absolutely 💯 filthy. Toilet paper all over the floor, sanitary bin over flowing and it needing a major overhaul. For a venue that was quite nicely decorated, I was really shocked at the state of the toilets. I sanitised my hands repeatedly after visiting as it really was a dirty mess.Overall , would I visit again ? No - not because the service was bad but because its just to busy and the toilets are filthy - this tarnishes the want to eat there , clean toilets and a little more space is something I can't do without personally. And the food albeit nice, wasn't nice enough to return and pay those prices for.

Really enjoyed both our meals, staff were very friendly, was busy when we arrived, we were a little early but the staff still sat us. Both meals, fillet steak for my partner and Beef bourguignon for myself were beautiful, full of flavour

Food was nice, prices have gone up. Good sized portions. However toilets aren't very clean. Mould on the walls and floor under the hand dryer. I Pointed this out to the manager Ryan who was going ro speak to the cleaners.... I'm expecting an Improvement on my next visit, if there's none, I shall not eat here again, as I would be concerned what the measure of hygiene is throughout the rest of the restaurant .
