Brewers Fayre Swansea Vale in Swansea

When we went in it was quiet with only two other people on another table in site. There was an 'all you can eat' breakfast and the staff were helpful and were always ready and willing to help when required. The food was lovely and cooked perfectly. Big thanks to the two women who were working there at the time. They made it a pleasant experience.

Stopped off here after shopping. I think we were there at the busy time. About 6 in front of us ordering. When our bugers did come they were burnt and the bun was way to big. We were starving so we did not complain as we did not want to wait again for fresh food. The ice cream and sticky toffee pud was very nice and safed the day. Over price for what it is but it filled the gap. Wouldn't rush back.

I ordered nachos and a coffee.The coffee tasted like hot watery milk and after adding another espresso shot it tasted of burned coffee.The nachos tasted fairly average however wasn't too warm when it got to my table.I thought the staff seemed very friendly and helpful and the place had a relatively nice atmosphere however I thought the food and coffee lacked the quality the menu portrayed.It's an alright place to visit although I strongly believe the menu needs to be updated!

They're unlimited breakfast was amazing value for money and such brilliant quality. Would definitely use them again. The staff were super friendly and nothing was too much. Please visit if you want a cheap filling breakfast! 😊

We had an amazing experience here last Saturday.We turned up without a booking having been disappointed elsewhere.They fitted us in and they looked after us.We weren't rushed at all, just pointing this out because had we stayed at the harvester for our original booking they were only going to allow us 1 hour at the table!Thank you Angela, Andrea and Dawn for being so lovely 😍 👌Food is great, big choice for everyone 😋Already been back for my birthday and going again today 🤗

Very enjoyable visit. Good atmosphere, staff friendly and helpful. Food at both dinner and breakfast was excellent.Staff at breakfast, Joshua and Angela made people feel very welcome. Would highly recommend this place.

The wife decided to go out for a meal on the off chance, so we ended up here.What a disaster, food was poor, asked for a well done steak in the mixed grill, was rare to medium, sausages were uncooked generally and the took it away came back with just a fragment more of colour on the sausages.The wife had a curry but an Irish curry from the chippy would have had more taste to it.One star for the staff who were friendly and polite.Get a takeaway from KFC be a better choice.

3 of us visited 8.30pm for a meal restaurant was quite. Food took 40 minutes to come and was very disappointed partners steak was well done and dry when we asked for medium rare, chips were cold and hard. Daughters cottage pie was burnt and no flavour, my gammon was so small and burnt also chips hard and cold and eggs were hard like they were left under the heat lights for a while.no check back to see if our meals were ok but staff standing around talking will not be coming back

The food was awful. A very cheap and not so cheerful place. Even had additional charge for kids to play in their play area at £3.50 per child. Would not be visiting again. Over cooked nuggets for the kids. Under cooked jacket potato and a frozen and heated up dry chicken. Poor all round.

This place is great if you have a little child. You can chill out and have a drink, while they burn off some energy in the soft play. Food is okay, what you'd expect from a pub chain, reasonably priced. Staff are consistently excellent, which to me makes a huge difference.
