Burger King in Swansea

I found it very confusing, how to order etc. Wanted a coffee but unable to order it on the machine. Its changed a lot since I last visited, geared for young people.

I don’t know what to say or where to start!!.I avoid Burger King usually because of how expensive they are compared to McDonald’s (under 2 mins away, round the corner). However I decided to go here as McDonald’s was closed and there wasn’t another option.I reluctantly payed around £15 for 2 standard small cheeseburger meals (already overpriced) and waited around 30/45 mins for them to arrive... Then when they finely did arrive, both orders were cold and thrown together with very little care (sauce everywhere so everything was sloppy and wet).Upon closer inspection both orders where also wrong, missing payed for extras.... i was already Annoyed so you can imagine how I felt when I found out the chips were undercooked too, Hard and unsalted???. (This has never Happened to me before anywhere ever..) Seriously I don’t know what is going On in the kitchen but something needs to change and someone needs to be fired!!. The only thing that was correct was the bottles of water!. Appalling service and food. Worst burger I’ve ever had and I’ve eaten at wimpy burger for Christ’s sake!!. Entirely Unacceptable!!.

No napkins and now they change for mayo but on Uber eats they are free plus the staff are rude

Overpriced food and then they make you pay for dip, KFC, Mcdonalds, and other burger Kings give you plenty of dips with the food but here they got arsey about 1 dip and made me pay 20p after collecting my food. They make you pay £6 for a burger I could get elsewhere cheaper and for dip. Absolutely disgusting

Ever since they have taken on Delivery Orders, walk in customers have taken 2nd place. However, in the last 4-6 weeks, there has been an issue with every one of my orders.They seem to be be warming fries in the microwave in the evenings and there's ALWAYS something missing from my order, day or night! I'll drive to Llansamlet from now on!I'm blaming management, because it's not the young people working there, it's the procedures they're being made to follow!

Swansea centre. Freezing cold food. Wonder how long the chips had been sitting there. Havnt been here for years & will never go to this Burger King again

Haven't been for a while but enjoyed. Had bacon double xl with fries and salted caramel Oreo shake. Burger and shake were great but fries were either overcooked or had been kept warm for too long. Lost a star because couldn't find a napkin anywhere, wasn't asked if I wanted sauce and having to ask member of staff to open toilet door for me.

Ordered food from the machine, my number never appeared on the screen even though I had a receipt. Had to tell the staff and wait another 10 minutes. Staff are great but clearly there's something wrong with their system.

The place was very clean and the tables were wiped down to stop the spread of COVID. The staff all wore masks and were very friendly. My only complaint about the actual restaurant is that you have to ask to go to the toilet and that makes me feel really childish.The food was really good for a fast food place. I had a chicken royale meal with Oreo shake and fries. The chicken was nicely cooked and very crispy with the lettuce it tasted really nice. It’s a bit pricey for fast food (compared to McDonald’s).Honestly, I cannot bring myself to give a fast food place more than 3 stars.

Fruit flies all around the restaurant, my "flame" grilled Angus looked microwaved and hadn't been near a grill...... "upgrade" to a frozen coke was a kids cup..... disappointing.....
