Burger King in Swansea

It's a huge shame that there is not a Burger king close to Merthyr Tydfil. Value for your money

You have to pay for maynase rather as the ketchup is free? The logic?. You can't make one whole order using the bk offer app with one payment have to do it separately. There's also no disabled toilets.

Always clean and service is quick. Lots of vegetarian options which is great to see. Make sure you get the app to use the deals, makes it so much cheaper. Good for a quick meal, one of the better fast food places around.

Last few orders have had from here the food has been stale like its been on the heaters all day burgers chopped in half in the buns causing it all to fall to bits last few months the store has gone majorly downhill don't know if it's new staff or what but I definitely won't be eating here any more genuinely I'd give the place a food hygiene level of 0 at the moment half the salad you get in the burgers is even dis coloured and going off shocking been like it for months was great before but going mega down hill now every time I have food here the chips onion rings etc all stale been under the heater for hours!

After a rather long and tiring day, I decided to treat myself to a cheeky little Burger King. WORST MISTAKE EVER!!!!! after ordering 5 whoppers and 5 more whoppers I noticed a young employee looking rather dull on the front counter. I took no notice of it first until I spotted him open his mouth and begin chanting in a strange language. He then proceeded to climb and leap from table to table on all fours before biting a customer. This was a rather inconvenient experience so when I asked for the boys name he replied with "Dominic" before spitting on my face. I AM THE BURGER KING!!!! THIS IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!!! Never in all my years of Burger King reviews have I witnessed such appalling customer service. after waiting 30 minutes for more senior staff to pin the boy down on the floor I asked how long might my order take, before getting urinated on right there and then. All in all, not a pleasant experience. Never treat THE Burger King this way! you have been warned. Signed, THE Burger King.

I love your vegetable cheese bites, lemon slushie , fries and the chicken fries are lovely the Coca Cola slushie is good!

Great for a quick stop and quick ish service. They now offer frozen coke as a drink, so my hubby was very happy.Just ashame the burgers don't look like the pictures. A pain to go to the toilet, as need to be let in by staff.

A very low level of hygiene, no sanitizers at the enterance, a very awful smell where we had our burgers and ...

I don’t know what to say or where to start!!.I avoid Burger King usually because of how expensive they are compared to McDonald’s (under 2 mins away, round the corner). However I decided to go here as McDonald’s was closed and there wasn’t another option.I reluctantly payed around £15 for 2 standard small cheeseburger meals (already overpriced) and waited around 30/45 mins for them to arrive... Then when they finely did arrive, both orders were cold and thrown together with very little care (sauce everywhere so everything was sloppy and wet).Upon closer inspection both orders where also wrong, missing payed for extras.... i was already Annoyed so you can imagine how I felt when I found out the chips were undercooked too, Hard and unsalted???. (This has never Happened to me before anywhere ever..) Seriously I don’t know what is going On in the kitchen but something needs to change and someone needs to be fired!!. The only thing that was correct was the bottles of water!. Appalling service and food. Worst burger I’ve ever had and I’ve eaten at wimpy burger for Christ’s sake!!. Entirely Unacceptable!!.

The place was very clean and the tables were wiped down to stop the spread of COVID. The staff all wore masks and were very friendly. My only complaint about the actual restaurant is that you have to ask to go to the toilet and that makes me feel really childish.The food was really good for a fast food place. I had a chicken royale meal with Oreo shake and fries. The chicken was nicely cooked and very crispy with the lettuce it tasted really nice. It’s a bit pricey for fast food (compared to McDonald’s).Honestly, I cannot bring myself to give a fast food place more than 3 stars.
