Friendly, traditional cafe. Always a pleasant welcome. Good choice of breakfast and lunch menu. Lovely cuppa of coffe.

Very friendly cafe and the owner remembered my drink after only having visited once before. Several of us had breakfast which was reasonably tasty. The sausages were a bit over cooked so probably not cooked to order but good for the price. Seemed very popular.

Awful. Went in at 8.03 and the lady said we wont start doing food for 10 minutes. We both ordered a Breakfast. At 8.30 it still wasnt ready. Said to the Lady that we had a train to catch to which she replied it will be ready in two minutes. Two minutes never came so offered to pay for the drinks we had and go. She then called us rude and that she said that she said that she always said after 8.30. Well No... you didnt!! Even when explaining we had a train to catch there wasnt any urgency. Awful place. Said she didnt care that we were never going there again and didnt care that we were going to leave a negative review. Well here it is!! Customer service isnt your strong point!!

Lovely clean individual cafe, so refreshing after chains everywhere. Had home made lasagne for lunch, utterly delicious. Friendly waitress/owner, very reasonable price.

Eating at Cafe Continental in Swansea is like traveling back in time. So typically 1980s it makes your cringe with delightful glee.This cooked breakfast fixed one hell of a hangover and I am unsure what was in them, but those sausages! Phenomenal. They were so beautifully spiced, not what you would expect on a regular fry up, but I was so happy they made an appearance.The restaurant has the loveliest lady running it who could not do enough for us.Breakfast sold all day, perfect for when you cannot physically crawl out of bed until at least noon!!

Reasonably priced good food served with a smile, will return 🙂

Great mega breakfast and I love my lamb shank! Lamb was falling off the bone and can choose mash chips or rice. Ordered it for brunch before 11am!Hazel nut latte was decadent.Also, great prices! For 4 of us, it came under £29. Service was superb too, there were 3 waitresses working.
