Chicken on the Hill in Swansea

Nice food and good portions, but guy who served me tried to cheat me out of change. His attitude made me feel like he knew as well, because when I asked he didn't even check to see if I was correct, just gave it straight to me and laughed like I was fussing over nothing. You might deal with a lot of inebriated people who don't notice, but don't steal their change! That's really sly

Food doesn't get delivered until an hour and 40 minutes after delivery time, food is cold and they don't send the right order then they won't answer the phone!!!!

Over a hour for food to be delivered and it was stone cold forgot mint sauce and rude driver

***Will never order from here again***Owner very rude, tonight he was supposed to replace an item from a previous order that was smothered in GONE OFF MINT SAUCE, the sauce was extremely sour. He said would replace next time i order. (not the best response, but i said no wrys) However, upon placing a new order for my son tonight, he abruptly said 'that if i wanted the replacement from last time then i needed to walk to the shop because he wasnt doing deliveries' after some back and forth, he agreed to deliver but said i need to wait and hour and then.***tried to charge me £6 for delivery***(im a 10min walk from the shop) chicken was burnt and dry. Chips had been double cooked, oily and inedible. Extra sauce was missing but still charged. Im not going to bother complaining, hes a waste of time and I will never order from here again.

Food was fine, delivery was late and when I called to say they had our drink orders wrong they insisted they didn't so I was overcharged.

1 star was mistake more like -1! Ordered delivery despite only living 2mins away. Food came, freezing cold, portion tiny, salad basically pile of onions, 2 slices of cucumber and end of a tomato and without garlic sauce that was ordered. Rang them, politely despite feeling angry only to be fobbed off and phone put down! Attitude stank! £14.50 had to pay for the pleasure! Never again!!

Never been before but I must say it was the best chicken I've tasted ... food piping hot and the guy serving was very pleasant and chatty. Everything looked clean and a 4* rating clearly displayed. . Will be a regular customer from now on .

ordered chicken shish kebab on chips, received donner, basically wrong order. called the place, they said they did a mistake and told me buy another order without any refunds and dropped the phone call. Very rude staff. IF you make a bring different order replace to correct one. Do you think anybody wants what they did not order?

We nipped in last night for a can of Pepi and the person working gave us some delicious BBQ chicken wings and potatoes they were lovely just what we needed last night thank you very much and if we are in the area again we will definitely pop in again and try more of the menu 👍
