Chaotic, slow service, always waiting for chips which are always undercooked and to tightly packed. Avoid the Chinese menu like the plague. Expensive and swimming in oil.

This must be the worst chip shop anywhere. So disorganised white chips, packed so tightly together I had chip mash. I’d travel anywhere to avoid this place. Maybe should try being either a chip shop or a Chinese and not both. Also any chance if browning the chips??

Horrible food, never had such awful chips, pale flabby and soggy undercooked mess. Completely inedible. Will mot use this place ever again !

A complete waste of money. The chips were soggy, athe batter on the fish looked anemic.not cheap either for rubbish, you expect a lot better at 6pm peak time.

The chips they are supplying now are very large and not cooked fully so they are not crisp just a soggy mess. Until this changes will not go there again. The curry is now very sweet, it is more like a desert more than a spiced curry. The updated shop is not very good as you have to queue for your food outside which takes for ever.

Substandard at the very best.Thought it might have improved under new ownership and a shop revamp but sadly that wasn't the case tonight. We had soggy chips and soggy battered fish, even though it was a two-minute journey back to the house.Very disappointing!

We had previously had a great meal delivered a month or so ago. However tonight we were told our delivery would be 30 to 40 minutes. It was 2 hours! The food was cold, the batter was hard with hardly any actual fish and the chips were chewy....awful take away

Ordered before 6pm, meal for 1 and charged £2.50 delivery. Food came 2.5 hours later!!! That was after 2 phohe calls to complain. Aparantly owner won't put enough staff or delifery drivers on. Will not use again

Absolutely without doubt the most terrible chip shop around Swansea. The horrendous man behind the counter has no people skills. The portion size is tiny and prices are huge. I ordered pie and chips, and sausage and chips. The pie took up half of the tray. I complained about only being given half a portion of chips and he immediately got very defensive and rude. After getting nowhere with his rudeness I left the shop. I bit into the sausage and the sausage wasn't cooked throughout. It was bearly lukewarm. Again I took the sausage into the shop to tell him about it. Straightaway he wanted to take the sausage from me to bin it and offered me a replacement sausage. All I wanted was my money back and to hold onto the evidence if I become ill. Reluctantly he agreed to reimburse me for the sausage as there were other customers in the shop. If I could give minus stars then I would. The make out that they are still a Chinese takeaway, but the owners are Italian with a nice Chinese lady working for him.
