Great coffee with friendly staff and nice pastries. Good value.

Place has improved quite a bit since 3 years ago when the staff were quite rude, now they seem friendly and helpful. The place allows dogs and has some comfy seating, still a bit pricey.

Fast service, lovely staff, I had a sausage bap and a smoothie which were good prices and really nice.

There was a very long wait to be served at this store, as it is in every coffee #1 I have been in. Ordered a Decaff tea and the milk that was given to us was left flakes floating in the tea, not very appetising. The staff were friendly enough, albeit very slow.

Excellent service by staff, very welcoming and chatty. Atmosphere is very homely and they provide a stunning Jubilee cake and a great cuppa!

Great coffee and Quality breakfast cobs - not stingy with the fillings like some other well known coffee shops that rhyme with fosta and flarbucks

Coffee no1 is no lier, it is number 1. They make the best caramel latte going. Their food is so deliciously fresh and scrumptious. The staff in the Swansea branch are really friendly and welcoming it’s unbelievable. I couldn’t recommend coffee #1 anymore.

I popped in for a quick coffee and a bite to eat, I had the seasonal coffee in a latte which is very tasty and highly recommend. The panini I wanted was out of stock but the staff were accommodating and kindly removed the tomato from another panini I ordered.It was very busy but this did not effect the speed or efficiency of the service the staff delivered.I always receive outstanding customer service with a smile whenever I pop in

A very pleasant setting. Sort of steampunk with a touch of eclectic industrial. Very nice cappuccino and a fine choice of snacks and pastries.
