I found this very average. The selection of food is huge but the service was fairly poor and all the food was non-descript. If you want to try a bit of everything then it's a fun place to go, but for actual quality food it was very disappointing.

Prices have shot up lately, food standards have gone down. Day time visitors expect little choice of food.

Generally speaking, the food here is very good. As with any self-service buffet, though, there is the risk that food is left standing and, if you end up there at a quiet time, the quality does seem to suffer. You won't leave hungry, regardless. Even on a bad day, the food is still good for the price.

Best resterante in Swansea.! Great food great atmosphere, and brilliant staff. Would recommend it to anyone.

Very poor. Dirty plates not taken away at all and ended up in massive piles on the table. Had to keep asking to get my drink (5 times I think). Finally came when we had all finished our meals. Would not bother again.

Quite simply the best restaurant in the area. Huge range of dishes, especially in the evening. Lunchtime it is the smaller menu, a choice of 120 dishes. You can go up to the buffet as many times as you like. There is everything from a cooked British breakfast to the traditional Asian spicy foods and curries. In the evening, there is a grill section open as well, for freshly cooked steaks, salmon and assorted seafood. there is also a bar-b-q grill and a wider range of food at the buffet; 160 dishes. Then there are all the deserts, just a mouth watering choice. The service is excellent. On the downside, it may not be perfect for a romantic evening, as the tables are laid out more in a cafe fashion. If you want the best value for money, this is the place to go.

As with any cosmos, cheap price, decent food with a good variety, and as much of it as you can shove down your throat. Staff interaction is minimal but always polite and concise.Don't expect exceptional food, but for a hungry student It's all I could ever ask for.
