Costa Coffee Uplands in Swansea

Staff here are always lovely! Despite it being a chain coffee shop, they truly make you feel comfortable and remembered as a regular!

Nice Costa, good selection of both hot and cold food however entrance for disabled people, up tarmaced slope ia shockingly bad. Please repair it

We like Costa, we know what to expect and the service is pleasant. Not too noisy and comfortable. Of course, we love the coffee.

plenty of seating available, enjoyed the visit but the service was slower than usual although the chap serving was doing a top job in keeping all customers happy.

Very slow service! Takes them 15 mins to make one cup ridiculous really.. and to top it all off then young fella that works there is very very Rude and Disrespectful!! Would not recommend this Costa would rather the one in bus station

I have to say, the cleanest Costa I’ve even seen in Uk. Was surprised about how neat and clean the store was. For that, I’d give it a five.

Shocking service. Upon entering I was aggressively asked by an obnoxious, control hungry woman whether I would be sitting in or taking away before she started attacking other customers with the same question. She then started having a go at a lady at the front of the que with a small child who didn't want to stand still. God forbid you stand outside of the arrow on the floor in this place!When I ordered the coffee she stormed over to me to ask me again if I was sitting in or taking away, before very inappropriately confronting a member staff on why they accidently used the wrong milk. She then stood as close as she could, breathing down their neck, while watching them make the coffee. It was very uncomfortable and I felt bad for anyone working under her regime of terror.Buying (and hopefully enjoying) a coffee should be a pleasant experience - not one that makes you extremely anxious and fearful.Sadly two other people I know had the same authoritarian experience here, prompting me to write a review.I left feeling extremely anxious and angry. Would not recommend.
