Costa Coffee in Swansea

Lovely clean and tidy place. Service is friendly and fast. Toilet was clean.Seating outside of 4 tables where you can sit and watch the hustle and bustle of Swansea Town. More importantly, only costa can make a delicious caramel latte 😋

I get off bus a stop early as the lady who works here in the morning is so nice ,and the staff in the costa nearer to my stop make me feel as if they doing me a favoure making me coffee.The lady is helpful im disabled water for tablets if i need it brings me my food and coffee and its very clean here ,going to costa is not always a good experience but here i feel as if i get same standard of service every time .

Love this place!Vegan coconut latte,out of this world!The manager,is so friendly and obliging.No pressure to drink up and vacate your table.

Freindly staff and convenient to the City Centre shops.

Very pleasant, clean and well managed, with just 2 staff (unlike the Neath Costa).

Overcharged even though I asked if my voucher had come off & was told yes. Didn't like how I was refunded out of tip jar

Popped it here for a free coffee using my Costa app second time I've done that now in this place and the coffee was excellent and hot.

Service was fast and coffee was good, however with 4 staff on the toilet facilities early on a Saturday morning should have been in much better condition. Reported to a member of staff but by this time the 3 girls was busy and the 1 young man was serving backed up coffee too the tables.Staff very good to be fair but poor toilet conditions.

Excellent coffee and the staff are a pleasure to deal with. The picture displayed is Oxford Street Costa not whitewalls which is situated around the corner. It's nice to see the baristas her actually making the effort as the quality in some stores has declined.

Called in yesterday morning, there was a young man making coffees, and a lady running around putting together takeaway orders, stood there for 5 minutes, and despite being noticed not one of employees attempted to acknowledge my wife and I, zero customer service! Where's the meet and greet? Not even a: " I'll be with you now" and to pay £2.65 each for a coffee that was awful, overpriced and poor quality, next time I want a coffee, I'll make it at home! Really disappointed and we will not be a customer of Costa Coffee!
