Had Mother’s Day menu and loved every mouthful. Very busy as you would expect but staff were on the ball. Great value 3 course meal which we all enjoyed. Would recommend

Went in for a breakfast ahead of Six Nations Super Saturday (without booking) but got a table with no issues. The place was very busy with Swansea/Birmingham fans but my food arrived on time and was outstanding despite the staff clearly being run off their feet. Good effort.

We ate her one Sunday evening, it was very quiet. Inorder a mix it up. There was a bit of a wait for the food. I enjoyed when it came could have been hotter.

Absolutely awful service and the place needs a deep clean...Waited over an hour for food, only to witness a group come in and wait 10 minutes for their food to come and we still had to wait.We asked to leave and have a refund the staff wanted us to wait 5 minutes longer but my children were no longer in the mood for waiting....We had our refund and left, and definitely won't be returning to that place...

I will not be going back to this place the food was really bad. I have contacted the Head office to complain about how bad it was. I use to go here often no more I will not return. I have had food poison here. I give one more go, yet again worst meals had.

Only good thing was because we had two small dogs with us they sat us separate from everyone else. Everything else was awful even more if covid case's rising I would of expected the place to me more clean. The bathroom floor was very sticky you could hear and feel it sticking to your shoes and when we was given cutlery that was filthy (shown in picture) it had dried old food left on it from previous use. And the wait for meals was appalling nearly a 30 minute to an hour wait for our starters, and the food is false advertised. And then another 30 minute to and hour wait for our mains which was all cold and the breakfast was undercooked completely. And for some reason they make you pay before you get your drinks and meals not when your ready to leave which I don't understand why. We wouldn't go back until a lot of work is done with the kitchen I understand that they may be understaffed in these difficult times but it doesn't mean that food should be coming out undercooked and cold

Took the kids there today. We were sat in a booth that had little TV's in them for the kids to watch - I thought that was fab. I had crispy chicken and it was really good. The staff were all very lovely and accommodating, even though they are really stretched at the moment due to staff shortage. We really enjoyed.

Party of three went for food on a Saturday evening was told a 45 minute wait which was understandable given the time we arrived. We ordered through the app as recommended by the wait staff, the table next to us sat down after we did, and ordered after us too however their food arrived first, it was a further 10 mins before our food arrived at almost an hour wait.Food was amazing though that has to be said, I just found the priority between app and ordering at the bar incorrectly managed.

Visited Dylan Thomas today for lunch, we was ignored at the bar for service to begin with. We then waited for over 25 minutes for our food to be served, when it arrived the lasagne was over cooked, very dry and burnt on the bottom the dressed side salad advertised that came with it was just lettuce with a sauce dressing and nothing else (so not really a salad). The fish was very greasy. The only good thing about the food was the nice chips.
