Eaton Road Fish Bar & Cantonese Take Away in Swansea

Normally really good, today the portion of chips was tiny like more paper than chips lol, i did say and a lady checked then rudely said if you ask for chips you get a small and wrapped it up again, i would gladly of paid extra to get what i wanted but ended up leaving with my mostly paper order like it wasnt an option to put it right. Honestly put more chips in and ill pay you for it really poor attitude its a shame

Ordered a small cheesy chips, I received a kids size small instead. A tiny little tin of chips enough to feed a toddler. Very dissatisfied

The premises is spotlessly clean. The food quality is outstanding and the service is Awesome. Staff are totally efficient and polite and friendly.KIM T is funny polite and friendly and has the customers loving her personality and warmth.Thoroughly recommend this fish shop and Chinese restaurant as their menu is quite extensive. Excellent service

First time to use this takeaway because our regular one is closed on Mondays and will definately be using them again. Very impressed with food and service

Took an hour to be delivered , ionly live a street away, had to phone twice to find out its whereabouts,...in the end the owner delivered it in person. The meal turned out to be luke warm and it cost me £18 for two meals....never again!!

Have used this take away for over twenty years and it has always been the best IMO, however, sadly, things have changed and not for the better, smaller portions. tastes like processed meat, just not the same ingredients it used to use it would seem.....Maybe a new generation of family cooking there,I don't know, but after all this time will have to look for another Chinese take away...So disappointing..:(

After ordering food 2 hours ago they forgot my 2 cans of pop i paid for , rung straight away to tell them and was told il ring the delivery driver to turn around now an hour later i call back saying where are they and the reply was hes only now got back and hes busy on other deliverys wont get to you for another hour if u still want them ! Shocking customer service he could have just stopped in a shop and bought some if they wernt in his car ! Cheek to charge £3 delivery aswell
