Favorite Chicken in Swansea

Always give the wrong orders and food seems to always taste a bit off. But very good at giving bad excuse. Not worth the time or the money.

Our first choice for chicken. The recipe is tremendous - crispy and flakey with a tender juicy centre. Reheated in the oven the next day this chicken is sublime. In store the service is fast and the portions are reasonable. Although a little pricier than other chicken joints the unique recipe more than makes up for it.

Sends saucy wings when spicy ones are ordered. Why do you even make the saucy ones... Just make more spicy ones

My favourite place to eat, the best place for chicken. But unfortunately tonight the service we had was absolutely appalling. Food arrived an hour late, when arrived our restaurant noted were ignored as received the wrong items. Food was absolutely freezing even my 2 year old refused to eat it. Rang to complain and the guy said “ we will cook it fresh next time” I said there’s no next time he said “we need to speak to a manager”, when we asked to be out through too. He then went off the phone to ask staff “who’s the manager” then apologised and put the phone down on me and refused to answer afterwards.For a loyal customer Im absolutely disgusted. Never again will I eat there, like I said food is normally amazing but tonight really has turned the table.

I think the oil used for the chips is the problem.If they change it, it will be much better.The wings better than the normal chicken pieces.Not good, not bad.

Made an order and didn't send me the drink, rang two times, after 3 hours, still not received it. Awful experience, won't order again.

It's got to be said. This place never disappoints on food, consistently well cooked and delivery is always super fast. Bonus that I've never had to endure twice-fried chips here! My go to chicken shop.

I have been ordering from here for several years now. Very tasty fried chicken products which I prefer over the other hugely popular fried chicken brand which I shall not name but you know who. So far my orders have always arrived quick and hot. Kumar, my last delivery driver, was courteous and efficient. Will keep ordering.

Went with family there for a dining. Place provide halal chicken dishes especially fried chicken. Wide varieties are there in the menu including buckets and combos. Liked the taste very much. French fries were also good. What stand aside was the speed of service they render. Quickest chicken fry services I have ever had. Kids also liked the taste very much. They have take away option and delivery via apps as well. Easy to notice from a heavy traffic. Ambience is good . Only two tables to eat is the limitation. Accept card and cash . Will try again definitely

Overall it’s great and they do nice burgers. However I’m confused about the chicken wings. I’ve been a few times and they’ve been whiteish / pinkish. They said the chicken is marinated in water for ages? I assume the wings are raw tho
