German Doner Kebab in Swansea

Food itself is lovely - shame it’s let down by absolutely abysmal customer service. Ordered/collected a few times now and the attitude of the staff working is extremely rude, and arguably have little to no customer service skills. Had an issue regarding an order, so called for some advice/help, started explaining the problem and half way through the guy decided he didn’t want to deal with it so passed the phone to a colleague. Extremely rude, really does put you off ordering again. Only giving 2 stars instead of 1, because the food itself is decent.

Won a free bag of chili cheese bites off the wireless boss box, following day went to order again as first time was amazing, phoned up to ask how to claim the free item but couldn’t manage to get them online so thought I would order them in the store, thinking it would only take 3 mins for them. I had to have a special code off the guy serving me (so no chance of ordering them for click and collect because I wouldn’t have been able to get a code) then the actual voucher wouldn’t work so they done it for free through the till. Then waited 15 minutes for 1 bag of chili cheese bites, by the time we got them and got home the food was cold. Disappointed in the service of the chefs as the server asked 5 times for my order but still took 15 minutes for them to get them.

Overpriced, £7 for a little bit of this beef kebab meat(everyone knows that you’re receiving in one portion 9-10 slices + a lot of salad instead of more meat + sauces) rude and unprofessional young lady staff (the only one who was attending customers) and she even told me when I asked the salad and sauces separately that they gonna charge me £1 more for that. £1 MORE FOR SERVING SALAD AND SAUCES SEPARATELY!!!I’ve just refused to pay this overpriced “Doner Kebab” which I didn’t try so just keep going guys… VERY PROFESSIONAL…

Niceeee, but would love to get bit more of salad 🥗 into the kebab. was mainly meat,very yummy. The bread was a bread waffle, crispy and very tasty.

The store was clean and welcoming. Tried to use the app, but would not accept our payment card. So ordered at the till, fairly quick service. Food was okay, thought it would be a bit more special.

Ordered through just eat and inly recieved half of the order when rang the shop was told that they couldn't redeliver what was missing as they don't do it and I had to go through just eat. I spent £40pound and it was cold and most missing and I've know got to wait for just eat to look into it and have had to order food from somewhere else as my children are still hungry. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN.

My first time at this venue. Very delighted will certainly be going back. Food was really great. Staff were very helpful and polite. We eat in and took home take away for family that were at home. Thank you.

Absolutely lovely, not greasy like most kebab meats. I had mixed meat and fries in a box, which is just enough but so tasty. The boys had kebab boxes with a waffle to hold the meat etc, drinks and sauces. Very good value and very tasty. Well worth a try.

Where do I start? 1) I ordered a gym box... what I got was a lot of salad, with a small amount of kebab that tasted like leather!! clearly trying to save money by filling the box with a lot more salad than they should! I actually have no idea how anyone can give this place 5 stars!!! you get better kebab for a lot less money from any corner kebab shop.... 2) NOT a single person working there had masks on! There were 3 kitchen staff in a small confined area breathing all over the food they were wrapping without any masks! you should seriously microwave any food you purchase from this franchise!! Zero consideration for hygiene!German Doner Kebab should seriously reconsider this franchise ... they are giving German Doner Kebab a bad name.

I've been to this branch last three nights in a row. The staff are friendly and very patient; I saw a very annoying young girl (customer) yesterday who the staff dealt with incredibly patiently. The food is great, as with all German Doner Kebab branches. At times however, the meat wasn't as much as I expected, especially because I ordered extra meat. I imagined this was because they were running low. Finally, there was a funny incident where a humungous spider made its way to one of the walls and customers took turns photographing it. I'd suggest them doing something about bugs (huge ones, anyway).
