Best meal we have had in a long time. First time we have visited the restaurant and the food, ambience was outstanding. Made a big effort to cater for my lactose intolerant wife by customising the menu. Will make this a favourite place to go and will visit more regularly. Great value for money, a must go restaurant.

Excellent 3 course set menu with lots of choice. Amazing service and food for a very reasonable price. The BYO deal along with the gorgeous food makes this restaurant an absolute must.

We just got home from Gilligan’s, such a brilliant night. The food was delicious, restaurant was warm and cosy, the staff were so helpful and friendly, especially with our two girls. I would definitely recommend, we are on holidays but my mother in law will be back. Thanks for a lovely evening Gilligan’s!

The food is lovely, but what really makes this a gem of a restaurant is the staff. They were very friendly (without being overbearing) and - knowing there was an event on in the park on the night we visited - ensured that we would have a taxi to get us home. Really lovely place, would definitely recommend.

Had a wonderful New Years meal here, 3 courses with a great selection on the menu plus a specials board. I had the pork belly on a bed of mash which is a first for me and was Fab and the toffe pudding with custard was home made joy!! Bring you own beer or wine is a good idea but the still had a tidy selection of alcohol
