What can I say .....I do like greggs

Grab breakfast & coffee this morning, lovely lady serving and preparing all by herself. Queue backing up.She deserves double time and a medal 🏅#greggs management.

This store is stinking! Staff handling food with no gloves on, dropping food on the floor then kicking it under the counter rather than pick it up! Also found a 5cm clear plastic tube in my tuna roll!!!Absolutely disgusting!!!DO NOT GO HERE

Was about to enter Greggs at Herons Way this morning at around 8 45am (Fri 22nd Jan). Although high percentage of customers wore masks, two workmen wearing high viz jackets entered the shop without masks and were served. They left the shop whilst their food was being prepared and the three of them congregated at the entrance smoking, no social distancing . When their food was ready for collection they re-entered the shop collected their food from the counter and of the three with one still not wearing a mask. The three then congregated together at the at the exit to to add condiments to their food. I should add none of the three individuals used any sanitiser when entering the shop. Is there a wonder this virus spreads so quickly?Needless to say, I didn't go into this shop.GREGGS....THIS IS JUST NOT GOOD ENOUGH! Not expecting staff to ' police' customers but surely by now we all know....NO MASK ...NO ENTRY.No wonder this deadly virus spreads. I will not be going in there again ...just too much risk.

Quick service, they must have had a busy dinner hour as there wasn't much selection left in the pasty selection. Plenty of rolls and subs though.

I have my breakfast in greggs most mornings and the rolls are amazing.

Went to llansamlet Greggs the one by asda Swansea placed my order gave woman twenty pound note she gave me change of a ten pound note. When I complained she said no you give me ten I told her it was twenty she said she had to call the manager who came opened the till walked away didn’t ask if or what the problem was.the resistant staff member them looked in the till and said yes you did give me twenty then gave me the right change. I recommend anyone who goes there use contactless payment.

Had to wait 20 minutes for a corn beef pasty, asked if I could swap it for something else. I was told no and that I had to wait ended up having to leave without my food and without getting my money back due to having to be back at work

Absolutely super bakers. Been coming here since i were a wee lad.. love the breakfast roll and drink deal.. absolutely mint!! Just a real shame it stops at 11am, I'm sure they would sell them all day... please do that and il definitely give 5 stars.. oh and amazing staff!!'very friendly and helpful.. always super fresh products

Ordered sandwich platters for a party and went to collect them and they forgot to make them. They wanted me to call back which was impossible as party was starting 2 hours later and still loads to do.No apology, manager ignored me, sandwiches made immediately but were slapped together hardly any filling what a waste of £26. Never order from this specific Greggs again. Shambles.
