Harvester in Swansea

Went back to Harvester after a long period of avoiding it due to a bad experience last time. This time was waaaay different. New staff and new chefs as well. It was clean, the food was fresh, the salad bar was clean and well stocked. I like that the servers now do the bowls for you, they listen carefully to what you want and how much. Plus those bowls are deceptive as to how much they can hold. We had the steak as a main, medium cooked perfectly for us, just the way we like it. Everything was hot so it wasn't waiting in the kitchen very long. The staff were friendly and attentive, they were like a well oiled machine going back forth to ensure everyone there had a nice time. The atmosphere was great, not overly noisy, just flowing and pleasant conversations going on. Much like it was when the restaurant first opened.I like to recognise two people, I am sorry I cannot remember the name of the first lady who served us, I think she either went on break or finished her shift not long after taking our order and sorting out our salads. But Terri then checked up on us during our meal and also made sure we had all we wanted before we left. We also asked her to pass on our compliments to the chef for the wonderful food.Would 100% go back again, even if it just for that salad bar.

Didn't expect such tasty, fresh, and gourmet quality food.Everything was delivered with perfect temperature, on time and packed in best possible way.Highly impressed looking forward for Eat In experience! 😍

Having used Harvester restaurants in various locations for well over 20 years, I today experienced the Morfa Parc venue for an early lunch while my dogs were at the groomers. I was served by the delightful Amy, welcoming, cheery, efficient and obviously very good at her job, she managed to blend attentivness to our needs, with an ability to never appear to be over attentive. The service was great, food was good, and I will certainly return at some stage in the future. Thank-you Amy, in all the years I have used the Harvester chain, this was by far my most pleasing experience.

All was very good as usual. I especially loved the salad bar! Need to know that potato salad recipe 🥔🥗 Thank you Amy for being helpful and attentive throughout our meal!

Toni our waitress was amazing. Both myself and my mother are fusy and she was extremely attentive to our needs and exceed my expectations for a Sunday morning breakfast service. Lovely food would definitely come again

I used to regularly use the harvester , pre 4 years ago. Twice weekly. As I loved the salad bar , simplicity of menu and over all ease / accessibility to use with having kids. And over all most important value. I used the harvester this past Sunday .I was shocked with the hike in prices . Come on this is mediocre establishment. These are top prices for basic menu and dishes . And in truth , not up to the price . I was a bit shocked , the salad bar was bland . And the potato and pineapple was tasteless . I really looked forward to going as a treat and change With my partner and children . I was disappointed...... I very overpriced fast food meal , that wasn’t even that fast . You’ve lost a customer long term now I’m afraid

Had a Nice large breakfast today.2 toast, 2 bacon, 2 egg, 2 hash brown, 2 sausage, beans, tomato, but only had 2 mushroomsCoffee machine not working so no latte or cappuccino which is what I would opt for.

Had a lovely breakfast this morning. The food was very tasty and hot. Terri the manager was fantastic and so helpful as was Toni and Chelsea who were our waitresses and their customer service was excellent. Very friendly and helpful. We will be returning. 5 star service. Thank you all.

splendid dinner. The family absolutely loved the food. I had a rib rack absolutely stunning. My mate John had a taste of the corncob and it was greasy and watery. Over all nice meal!!!! Would recommend the corncob if you like greasy/watery 🌽

Had a lovely time in Harvester this afternoon, the staff were friendly and helpful, Must give a mention to Chelsea, who was our server. Nothing was too much trouble for her. She was efficient and helpful. Food was lovely too.
