Can't beat Joe's Ice Cream! An absolute must if you're visiting. Great product with fast, freindly and efficient staff. Get the in house stuff, avoid the packaged stuff - Its not the same!

Don't bother with the Coffee nut sundae - the 'coffee' sauce has absolutely no taste of coffee and is in fact slightly salty. Tastes more like weak salted caramel. Hugely disappointing considering the extortionate prices. Also, about time they got rid of the plastic spoons and containers!!

Joe's has the best ice cream - EVER! Efficient service and no queue.

Joe's is the best ice cream ever! Also they make their own incredible vegan ice cream which is such a treat for my daughter that has diary and soya allergy!

Can't fault a Joe's ice-cream but the parking for the shop in Llansamlet is horrendous as it also caters for a line of other shops (including Papa John's and Harry Ramsdens). Too small and very tight. On a sunny, warm day you have to sit on the grass. Joe's don't have outdoor seating anywhere!

Like all ice cream brands it is about personal taste. Joe's is not mine, but has to be said Joe's is popular, and offers a wide range of flavours.

Best ice cream in town. Very friendly staff with always a smile. Service is quite quick and neat, though there was a big queue. Liked their salted caramel so much. Classic vanilla is also a must try!!Well famous in town! Card payment accepted. They have all varieties of fudge, cone, litre cans!!

You haven't truly experienced Swansea until you've had a Joe's ice cream. The taste is cosmic. Lots of flavours and combinations to choose from but I tend to fall back on classic vanilla, you can't beat it.

Everyone who lives in or has visited Swansea will tell you that Joe's Icecream is the best in South Wales. My husband loves the vanilla with chocolate sprinkles and I enjoy the the mint choc chip and the chocolate brownie flavours. We enjoy coming here for a treat and the location of this Joe's is so handy for people who live in Swansea to just drop in then enjoy their icecream in the indoor seating area, outdoor seating area or in the car park.
