Kardomah in Swansea

Love visiting Kardomah with my sister when I go to Swansea for a visit. People are so friendly and the breakfast is always amazing

I opted for a veggie breakfast & a coffee (with a free top up) at this old Swansea favourite. The cafe retains many of it's original character from the days of the "Kardomah Boys" - one of them which was the poet Dylan Thomas (worth a google). Tasty traditional dessert's too - so treated myself to a trifle (see pic).

Best customer service on this trip! Had delicious veggie breakfast and very good coffee.

A Swansea must . Always quick service by very polite waitresses. We had just a quick snack of mushrooms on toast and poached eggs on toast. Recommend any tourists to try the Kardomah.

As it turns out, this is the best meal we all had in Swansea. More so, the service is spectacular. Everyone is kind and polite, all your needs are catered to with utmost care. Loved it.The ambience takes you back in history.Do visit

Love stopping in Kardomah for breakfast and coffee. The fresh orange juice is also fantastic. Great atmosphere, the staff are always cheerful and attentive, would highly recommend to anyone in the Swansea area.

Couldn't think of anything negative to say. Served quickly, coffee and breakfast delicious, reasonably priced and beautiful staff serving. Wish I was local as would come here often.

First visit today. Best coffee I’ve had since Rome! Toasted sandwiches and trifle to die for. Hearty portions, warm welcome and outstanding service. Will definitely be returning and would recommend!

Top quality breakfast, clean, staff friendly and efficient and good value. Can’t wait to come back to Swansea for breakfast. Lovely smiley people. Nice to see.
