Kaspa's Desserts in Swansea

Have unfortunately only just seen the previous review regards advertising Vegan milkshakes and they are still not available (4 days later). It looks like a visit to the nearest shop for a carton of soya milk is not within the remit of the Manager. Shame considering the mark-up of the produce to the price on the menu. I think it would have been worth the effort. Very poor. Was told I could have sorbet. Thanks but no thanks, when you already have items on the menu

Sweets is very delicious.About the service:We arrived there in a late weekday afternoon place haven't been busy at allHave to wait to be seated.Noone informed us we have to order at the bar.Chosen vegan shake but they run out soy milk (local shop for quick fix 5 min walking distance).Placed order and asked if any allergic ingredients inside them.Staff has no clue , took like 3 minutes to find out.sweets came -only 2 out of 3.Finished food, than waited at least 15 minutes but still no sign of 3rd sweets.Asked staff "they will look into it".After 10 minutes missing food came.Staff left without cleaning empty / dirty plate from table .Management need to educate and give further training to staff, because as it stands now is very disappointing.

Good lord. The scruffiest place I’ve ever been to.Fruit flies everywhere, filthy table. Guy picking his nose and face as he makes someone deserts hopefully not mine.Where trying not to open our mouths as it’s big central .table is dirty , floor is sticky . £50 for 4 people for some waffles and ice cream. Avoid at all costs , truly horrifying.

Ordering food I found the staff quite unpleasant & when our food arrived to the table it was in a takeaway bag..the waiter just laughed & said the chef thought it was a take away so just to eat it as it came.We had to ask for it to be put onto plates & when it came back in a bowl..no apology & nothing like the picture shown on the menuWon’t be returning

Really nice waffles. My only complaint is the price

As soon as we arrived we waited 20 minutes to be seated. We asked a member of staff to seat us and her response was “we are busy” with an attitude. We were finally seated and given a table that was sprayed with sanitiser and had not been wiped. We then went to order from the till and waited another ongoing 10 minutes just to order a waffle!!! The staff were extremely rude, awful customer service.

Amazing warm waffles with cold ice cream (heaven) my son also enjoyed his ice-cream which he couldn't finish it was so big 😂

Lovely desserts, a bit expensive. I had the lotus biscoff waffle and it was delicious!

Been here on numerous occasions and never disappoints. Came here last night with two of my good friends and ordered the chocolate brownie waffle and ice cream shake. Dessert was delicious as always and I'm enjoying working my way through the chocolate options. Highly recommend to everyone with a sweet tooth
