KFC Sketty in Swansea

Tiniest portions of chips imaginable. Two portions combined were not adequate even for one person. Basically we had one tablespoon of chips each. The staff should feel embarrassed to be palming people off in this way.

Absolutely one of the waste customer services, not going there anymore, not stereotyping but the franchise owners need to look at maybe continue with Indian food, attitude of the manager and staff general very appalling tbh

Absolutely useless. They forgot 4 items and it is impossible to get hold of them. AVOID

Gave me pink chicken. Do not recommend going here so filthy. Xxx

Ordered through just eat. Half the order missing. They don't answer the phone when you try to speak with them to correct their mistakes..... Avoid

Fresh and delicious as always. Always piping hot and perfect quality from here.

Didn't deliver our drinks and only gave us chocolate cookies when we order the cookie selection. Their number turning Into a fax tone. Theft. Get a pizza.

Quick, cheap, easy to find. On the main road. If you like chicken, here is your place.

OK but room for improvement. Number of occasions they got the order wrong. Missing items. Food was cold on another. Love KFC flavour though.

I went here and was given undercooked chicken by which I mean the middle of my burger was raw, pink, blood and still the squishy raw chicken texture. Which I found out when I took a bite…I took the burger back and the manager was extremely rude. He claimed it was the sauce and said KFC does not do refunds. I called corporate on him, they made him apologies to me and offer me a free meal which I did not take as I think he would have spit in my food. Do not order from this KFC loads of people say they have had food poisoning from this branch
