KFC in Swansea

Absolutely disgusting, my wife ordered food for kids from just eat, it was marked as delivered but it never arrived, poor customer service as you cannot contact them to ask where your order is, people like this should be sacked, so I take a 15 min drive to KFC UPLANDS SWANSEA and politely ask for the manager, I explain my issue and guess what his response was "it's got nothing to do with KFC" the man actually laughed in my face, so, i order my food from KFC they cook the food , in KFC, they deliver the food (or in this case THEY DON'T) from KFC and when the food does not arrive, KFC turn around and laughs and says it has nothing to do with KFC UPLANDS SWANSEA, "complain to Just eat" he says and walks away, the pic is the employee wo laughed in my face, this is what customer service has become in this country! shame on you KFC UPLANDS SWANSEA!

Really rude behave with customers and delivery driver!! The man I believe the owner/manager has a very bad attitude with his staff delivery drivers and also his customer!!! I’m in disbelief this man gets to keep his franchise!! He is giving a bad name to kfc …

Rude and unprofessional staff. Chickens were soaky and not crispy at all. Avoid this store and visit the morfa one if possible.

Dreadfully slow, chips falling off paper bag resulting in literally 9 chips to a meal box.. No ice.. The worst, avoid.. 0 star

Staff arguing over a 30p pot of sauce, burger was cold, with less chicken than usual on stale bread, didn’t put the sauce in my order and chips were soggy. Chicken mini fillets were good tho

Quick delivery and great quality. The staffs are really helpfull and welcoming especially the lady in the billing.

Had missing items from my order, drove home and realised..went back later that day for refund or replacement and they wouldn't help as the manager wasn't in..pathetic service

Not a great experience. They don't seem bothered about walk in customers, half the staff ignore you, instead sorting out deliveroo orders for the permanent queue of moped jockeys. Chips were cold, bottle of water was warm. Long wait for a simple order.

Tiniest portions of chips imaginable. Two portions combined were not adequate even for one person. Basically we had one tablespoon of chips each. The staff should feel embarrassed to be palming people off in this way.

I went here and was given undercooked chicken by which I mean the middle of my burger was raw, pink, blood and still the squishy raw chicken texture. Which I found out when I took a bite…I took the burger back and the manager was extremely rude. He claimed it was the sauce and said KFC does not do refunds. I called corporate on him, they made him apologies to me and offer me a free meal which I did not take as I think he would have spit in my food. Do not order from this KFC loads of people say they have had food poisoning from this branch
