Food was lovely. Service was good too :) and catered to our needs

·

Friendly and polite staff, but not enough to make up for the food and drinks. 241 cocktails seem like a draw, but half price is about right for a the quality (if not a little pricey) Drinks are average at best, food definitely below average. Wouldn't go back on my own dime

Nice food, better cocktails (especially because of the 2 for 1 deal). Really enjoyed the birria quesadilla and fajitas

Not very nice. The portions were child size. The waitress that delivered the food was covered in tattoos which put me right off, I don't care if she had just had a two hour shower, she looked dirty. The only good part of our evening was the view from our table. Very overpriced menu. Never again.

Excellent staff and service wide choice of cocktails Dan was brilliant

Visited for a bottomless Brunch, rang ahead and booked after being let down by Turtle Bay in Swansea and Las Iguanas fitted us in no problem.£35 for Nachos, a main dish and "bottomless' cocktails. We had about 6 cocktails, which isn't brilliant to be honest, we usually like to get a few more in. The food was good, the cocktail menu was poor so that would not me returning for bottomless brunch. However, the service was very very good.

Nice food, extensive menu and a wide variety of drinks and cocktails available. Staff were great and the whole experience was overall really good especially for a chain/franchise restaurant. Would recommend

Service was superb. Multple people checked in on me throughout my visit. Food arrived so quickly! Great vegetarian selection of food. I have been missing margaritas since living in Seattle and was very happy with theirs! Highly recommend for a fun night out with friends or family.

I went with my partner. Manager said that he needed to take our order because of allergies. No issue, starters and drinks came over very quick. After 35 minutes or so a waitress came over and asked if we wanted desserts. We explained we hadn't had our mains yet. The manager was on another table putting out cutlery and said our meals wouldn't be too long. The waitress appeared to go over to the kitchen and put, what we assume, were our orders from the till to the pin them up for the chefs.Waited another ten minutes still no sign of the mains, so we spoke with the manager and said could we just pay for what we've had and leave. We waited over 45 minutes for mains that never came. He said they'd be out any minute but at that point we just wanted to leave. He did apologise but made no effort to provide good customer service by offering any discount or knocking any drinks off. Shame, the sister restaurant in Newport is amazing. Won't be coming back to Swansea branch.

Overall, I don't think I would be back. We were seated on a table in the corner, where no one took our order for at least 15 minutes, while repeatedly trying to get someone's attention. We had to get up and ask someone to come over to our table which was annoying. The cocktails were okay but definitely nothing special, however the atmosphere was nice. Wouldn't recommend just for drinks, maybe it's better for food.
