Masala in Swansea

Korma and chicken tikka masala were very runny and flavourless. The sauce colours were also bright yellow and bright orange, never seen a more neon curry in my life. Very disappointing

Late delivery, still forgot drinks. Such hassle to still be disappointed.

Naan breads were raw, chicken tasted weird like reheated/frozen. Mango chutney was horrid, neon green rice (still don't get why some restaurants do this) overall disappointed and confused

Amazing food!! Went in the restaurant, looks very unassuming from the outside, but the food honestly was excellent - one of the best Indian restaurants I’ve ever been toWould recommend

Ordered via Ubereats. Where to start? Papadums were stale. Chutney tray was so stingy. Lamb Jalfrezi was questionable. Strong tasting chewy lamb; make your own assumptions! The sauce was also extremely bland and no fresh coriander or garnish.The two tikka masalas were ok but a little runny for the kids. I thought they tasted nice and not overly sweet. The chicken pathia wasn’t eaten at all as the chicken seemed slightly underdone. Onion bhaji was okay if a little soggyDishes are the top end of the price scale and there was nothing premium about it. We wont be ordering again I’m afraid.Order was delivered quite quickly.

Ordered on Deliveroo.They kept me waiting, saying it was "being delivered"... then once everything else was closed and I had no other options for food, they CANCELLED my order.don't bother, unless you want to be messed around.

I love it here! The owner(?) is really friendly and the service is great. The food is fantastic - not a bad meal yet. I'm not sure if it's our bad timing but the restaurant has been fairly empty when we've been. I think a lot of the business is take out deliveries (which I will probably make use of myself 😁) but a sit down meal is definitely worth it

Really disappointed. I've been coming here for a while but something has gone wrong. We mostly get a delivery but have sat in the restaurant a few times. Every time we've been the only people there and last time we had to wait over an hour for the food. We had a delivery recently which was really late. When we called, they lied about the drivers whereabouts, the food was warm not hot and they signed it on Just Eat as delivered on time. Another occasion we collected, and they told us they wanted to get more customers in the restaurant but can't see where they are going wrong. Safe to say we won't be going back. Such a shame.

I have always been so fussy with where i order my indian food from,but im very happy thar i founs masala. Tonight i ordered my usual chicken madras and chips,and when opening the door to the very kind man who always delivers my food, i was given two free popadoms because my food was late,they were inside a brown bag,and writting on that brown bag was 'complimentary :-)' including the smiley face! It cheered me up loads,such lovely and good quality food,i live on gwent road and i am a usual at ordering from masala,i have never had a bad meal,an upset tummy or any sickness after their food,which says a lot because im usually always feeling unwell after some other pleaces. I wouls highly recommend that everyone considers masala as their first choice indian,i know me and my family will😍😍
