McDonald's - Fabian Way in Swansea

Over 30 minutes waiting time for quarter pounder and a mayo chicken royal meals! Several people were waiting their orders. A lot of "preparing" orders, none at collection column. In the meantime, 3 employees were chatting and slowly moving with putting the burger getting to them occasionally. Really slow employees. One of the 3 even took the products mixing them wrongly in the bags. The restaurant wasn't even busy. Just a few guys to pick up, a few deliveries but some more cars. When I have asked about my order, they weren't sure what was happening with it. Never seen people slower than these ones. At the end the boy giving me the products apologised for the late preparation. With over 30 minutes wait at "fast food" I would say I should get a discount as well! This ain't fast food! I was served faster at real restaurants! I won't go again at it, even if it is late, I prefer to wait until the morning for a different place.

The building is very poorly laid out, so both inside and outside are impossible to move around.Not enough space, dirty tables and unbelievably slow service.Genuinely the worst McDonald's experience I have ever had (and that's a pretty low bar).

Pretty decent as far as McDonald’s go… the restaurant was a little dirty but it was at peak time. The sprite machine stopped working but an employee gave us a large coke instead, food was good as usual 👍

Worst Mc donalds I've been too! Main Ladie don't know her name was not friendly and rude to another customer! I waited nearly 30mins for my food to then be told I'd have to wait longer for my drinks as the machine wasn't working. I waited another 10mins for my drinks and by then the food was cold. No apology from the ladie. Never go back again. Staff need some customer training and food need to come out fast.

Long wait for a coffee. I've visited 3 McDonald's in the past few weeks, the 1st time their was no coffee !!!!2nd time waited so long I got a refund and crossed the road to Starbucks and was served immediately, 3rd time put up with the wait as there was no option for a coffee. McDonald's seem obsessed with dealing with meals forgetting that a large number of customers only want a coffee and quickly.

Chips are overcooked, cold and taste plain. Not enough salt on them and the portion is so small whatever size portion you order. Burger is cold, and so are the nuggets. The drinks and McFlurry are good I guess. Basically I just wouldn’t recommend wasting money there, McDonald’s in town is much nicer.

Just love the big tasty, but had it without salad and tomatoes.

Very disappointed recently with my Donald’s, just this one in particular. The staff always handing the food out are the most grumpy people ever, not a word said or smile on their face. And if anything is wrong with my order they look like they want to kill me 😱 not very welcoming, also my burger looked like it had a bite taken out of it ☹️

Terrible service from store manager Rachel. She gave me half a portion of chips so I asked her could she give me a full portion please and she told me no thats the portion tough. She wouldn't know what good customer service is. She needs a bit more training on how to speak to customers. 10 minutes after she told me no she approached me whilst I was sitting outside and offered me a full fresh portion. Not good enough. I've attached the picture of my large fries that I took in McDonald's and she actually questioned why I was taking a picture, the cheek of it!!

This has got to be one of the best McDonalds I have ever had! The food was piping hot, fries were fresh and the big mac looked like a proper big mac! 👌 high five that McDonalds team ...awesome job highly recommended and will visit again when in Swansea!
