Mcdonald's Restaurants in Swansea

Most of the time, it will be crowded and many people. And, when there are so many people, the staff tend to rush which end up in my burgers without sauce every time.But, once I went at night when there is not much of people, they serve me all the sauce. And, it was delicious. So, the best advice is don't order during the peak hours unless you going to dine-in.

New system is great but flawed. Long waiting times and orders not being checked and there is always something missing. However food is still tasty and staff are friendly and helpful.

I love the food they serve here, its always clean and the staff are very approachable and kind. There are 2 floors to the building and the second floor is usually empty so that's where the best seats are.it usually takes about 10-15 minutes from ordering your food to picking it up from the counter which is quite quick if I say so myself.

This company knew I was disabled yet still never delivered any food and stole £17.58 from my bank account . They flatly deny any wrongdoing. Absolutely disgusting.

Staff are overworked the building is to small, food is good but there is a issue regarding mcdonalds rubbish outside.

Needed to do track and trace via barcode but no reader on phone and would not take with my camera. Agent had to provide iPad to record details. Allocated a table number at this point which was used for self service. Food bought hot to the table. My main issue was cleanliness of toilets. Weren't very clean. Only one person allowed in at a time, large queue. 3 toilets so could have blocked off middle one and thus allow two in.
