Monni's Fish Bar in Swansea

I have been to this shop twice. I bought fish and chips. I enjoyed my first takeaway. But, the second one wasn’t good. The fish was smelly.

Fish and Chips business that doesn't sell fish, that's half your business model gone. As for the other half, your chips taste like doorstops.P. S. STOP SELLING YOUR LAST BATTERED SAUSAGE TO THE WORKERSP.P.S When I was there the other night there was a huge fight... The fish got battered.

Delicious haddock and chips. All freshly cooked to perfection. We sat in to eat and service was great.

I ordered 2 saveloys small chips and 2 gravys chips was very overcooked nearly burnt I was given 1 gravy because they ran out so they asked if I wanted chip shop curry or Chinese I asked for chip shop they gave me Chinese the gravy didn't have a lot of flavour and tasted like it was made with oil very greasy the curry was the worst curry I ever tasted in the world I threw it straight out and the saveloys was OK worst experience ever of this place as they are normally really nice I won't be going here again for a chip shop that's usually very nice has really gone downhill only good thing I can say is the customer service was good that's it

Very disappointing. I ordered haddock, chips and mushy peas via deliveroo. The haddock wasn’t thoroughly cooked and the batter was raw in several places. The chips were poor quality, full of eyes and black bits. Monnies, you’ve just lost a regular customer.

We had food here was lovey helpful staff very professional with the service highly recommended for a good fish and chip shop would definitely eat here again the was amazing.

A place with about 10 tables with bench seating. The food was good and service was fast and attentive. I was served by a friendly waitress. The prices are pretty standard compared to the rest of the fish & chips joints I have been to.
