Papa Johns in Swansea

At least now we know never to order from papa johns again, unless we fancy an absolutely flavourless pizza. Arrived cold. Worst takeaway pizza we have ever had, very disappointed.

Ordered two American hot pizzas , niether apeared to have any pepperoni . I called only to be asked if "I' checked under the cheese ?". When I pointed out the stupidity of this question & indeed the practice of hiding toppings under the cheese (how the hell do you know what is on it ? No one ever in the history of pizza puts the toppings under the cheese for that very reason !), I was presented with a manager so bereft of intelligence or skill that I was forced to concede defeat through sheer boredom. An absolute shower !

Typical, junk food chain restaurant.But from professional side of it it is always delivered fresh, fast and tasty (what else you can expect from place like this?)Really tasty pizzas with famous - quirky - garlic butter as a sauce. Probably The Best American style Double Pepperoni in town, btw.👍👍👍

I ordered from here today, I accidentally added a vegan pizza to my order instead of margherita, The woman on the phone replaced it for free even though it my fault. Definitely ordering here again lovely staff, lovely service.

Bit of a mixed bag, I've had great pizzas and okay pizzas, the vegan range is great and I appreciate the quickly growing vegan menu. I would argue that it is value for money if there's a good offer available like 50% off (when you spend £40). Delivery is reasonably prompt and they've had better luck locating my address compared to other local companies.

Past 3 times I've ordered from here have been bad.First time they took an hour and a half to deliver the wrong order, and then another hour to deliver a cold pizza.Second time they took two and a half hours to deliver a cold pizza, apparently the driver had a breakdown, but they could have least cooked us a fresh pizzaThird time they improved slightly by taking an hour and twenty minutes to deliver pizza that was at least warm this time but not hot.Go to domino's instead deliver everytime within fourth five minutes and it's always hot. The pizza is nice here but the service is just absolutely terrible.Tried them again several more times, and never arrive at a decent time, never hot and they are apparently driving in cars that have never been serviced, it's astounding the amount of times the driver has broken down

Terrible, always over an hours wait. Two times now the excuse was the driver has broken down, last time we had the same pizza that they made 2-3 hours before. Waited over an hour this time and then was told driver had broken down again. Food is fine but not the Swansea store, not had a problem with any other papa johns. Dominos here I come.

Since this store opened in Swansea back in 2014 I never thought of ordering Pizza from anywhere else. Though I do try other chain just to see if anything changed but go back to Papa John's again. The Greek and Mexican is a great combination of topping. I was bit upset when they stopped doing Tandoori and Piri Chicken Pizza but obviously that's not the end of the world !The quality of the food is outstandingly (I below it's throughout the Papa John's chain)Though there are some down side, such as deliver time! It's longer then their main competitor. But again if you want good quality Pizza then I suppose it will take few extra minutes to be in your door.

Took them over 2 hours to deliver two pizzas, only 1.5 miles down the road on a Monday evening. Finally arrives and they've only sent one of the pizzas.Update: 3 hours have passed, they've failed to deliver ONE PIZZA, oh but they've thrown in a free drink so I guess that makes up for it.Further update: it has arrived after 3 and a half hours, but so much for the free drink attempt to make up for it. They forgot that too.Next time, it'll be domino's.

Shocking! Food was two hours late. Said its on its way should be 15 mins, we phone up 20 mins up with no sign of pizza and they said they left 5 minutes ago! When it arrived had a medium pizza not a large, the sides were cold and the pizza was bland and tasteless. Won't be ordering there again. Wasn't even sorry or any explanation.
