Clean, quiet, dark rooms, good tv. Everything you'd need within very easy reach. It's next door to a Brewers Fayre pub/ restaurant that even has a (low volume) Sports TV.Next door to an Asda with petrol station and a carwash.Lots of fast food close by

Fantastic hotel. Easy check in with friendly staff and the room was very clean and warm on arrival. Great location with a Brewer's Fayre next door and a Papa John's, Greggs and chip shop within walking distance. There were also a couple of supermarkets nearby and a Starbucks, Costa and Burger King

First time trying the premier plus room and have to say 5 stars from me. Evening meal and breakfast usual high standards. Great location in Cardiff Bay.

The stay was good but the restaurant staff was rude and arrogant. Food was frozen and the staff was not even bothered to explain why it is cold. If you are staying here, try some nearby restaurants and not the premier in restaurant.

Lovely little place to stay on the outskirts of the city centre, we stayed on a Thursday night and there was a lot of guests staying to but we didn't hear much noise through the night except for the boy racers but they died down after around half an hour.Plenty of place to eat and drink around the hotel with a Brewers fayre in the grounds and a large Asda across then road to buy anything you might have forgotten to bring with you.All in all we loved spending the night here and would highly recommend this hotel as s place to stay in Swansea.

Some really positive points to this hotel. Its surrounded by handy takeaways like KFC and Costa etc plus the pub attached to it was good for grub (slow service but everything else good). Rooms etc as expected from Premier Inn, clean etc. Good tele. Not enough pillows or tea bags but I'm sure if I had asked they would have provided them. Only 15 mins to swansea centre and easy to do. Parking/driving in Swansea is easier than a lot of cities.Somebody quite heavy must have been in the room above and they were tramping about at times which was noisy but the beds were comfy.Staff were nice.

Filthy dirty hotel not worth staying here even though it is a good location dirt and dust as seen on my camera phone as the naked eye can not see this totally unacceptable especially as the whole world is going through corona you would of thought premier inn would put in extra precautions and hygiene clean procedures in place!! As they reassure you on their website total nonsense. Was here on a work trip

The staff at the hotel were superb. The room was very warm and sadly no Air Conditioning installed with only a tall fan available. The room was very clean throughout. We would consider using this hotel again the next time we visit Swansea.

Really nice. Very helpful and friendly staff. Great position for Swansea , Gower Peninsula etc. Only thing is with covid , you have to request clean towels and extra tea, coffee etc, as staff Will not enter rooms . Typically Premier Inn. Nice Brewer's Fayre next door , which was struggling with deliveries. Restricted menu but we still enjoyed it.

I requested a room with a shower or even an accessible room for my elderly mother two months in advance. I had to call four times to chase this and in the end the request was not met. Luckily I had booked another room and ended up swapping with my mother so she could have a shower for easy access. The room allocation needs to be made more strategically, for the three nights we stayed, each morning I was woken up at early hours of the morning as other guests above us had a young child running around and jumping so there was a lot of noise, banging, stomping which ruined my sleep. I reported this to reception after the first night but nothing changed. The wifi is poor. The tea/coffee/sugar is provided for one day despite knowing three nights were booked so we had to ask for more, there are no phones in the room and reception is poor so this wasn’t as straight forward unless you want to walk to the main building to get this yourself. Check out time is 12pm, at 11am we got a knock on the door, by the time I got to the door the staff member had already opened our door despite a do not disturb sign being hung outside the room! When I alerted her to this she apologised and said some people just leave it on but it was still an hour before our check out time! Thankfully I was dressed or that could have been extremely humiliating. Stayed here before but I do not think I will stay again! 2 stars for cleanliness of room and ample free parking on site.
