Fab service, food was delicious. Bar staff were amazing and management and door staff were very welcoming and professional. We made our way through the cocktail menu and I have to say, they are by far the best in town and we can't wait to return🍻

Amazing service from bar staff and managers. Cocktails are excellent with a large variety. Cosy and relaxed place, food was lovely and came quickly. Would highly recommend for a meal and night out in Swansea.

Ordered drinks for me and my friends, we waited nearly 40 mins and we didn’t receive our drinks. Really poor service. We left without having anything.

Staff friendly, cocktails were the best in town. We came here first then went to 5 other bars and we came back later in the evening because we couldn’t find better cocktails. Amazing

Had our Xmas dinner here and we all had a nice time! The food was great and very punctual and the staff were excellent sorting out any small issues that arose! Cheers again guys!

Its a large busy chain pub on a very busy street. So it can be busy at peak times. Offers food and drink options. I have not eaten there so cannot comment on the food. The drinks are on the expensive side. I would return but only for a drink or two.

Firstly, the waitress was great - on her own, serving multiple customers. But the food...Pitcher and Piano used to be a reliable quality brand. Presumably it has been bought by a faceless corporation that only look at the bottom line. The restaurant was tired, the food limp, cold and tasteless. Avoid.

Popped in for a quick bite to eat and a drink. Lovely garden outside with plenty of seating indoors and outdoors. You can sit outside the front or back. We choose the back which was really nice . Food menu was small not a huge amount of choice but what we did order was very tasty. There is a large range of drinks to choose from ranging from beers, wine, spirits and cocktails. Beautifully decorated throughout and very friendly welcoming staff. Reason for 4 stars bit of a wait for food (we were the only people there) and a bit on the pricey side for the amount of food you actually get and drinks were expensive. Overall though lovely place

We had a lovely lunch here whilst on holiday in the area. Food was nice, but limited choice on vegetarian dishes (unsure if covid or Brexit related) but this didn't worry us as there was other items to choose from. Service was great.
