Pizza Hut Swansea in Swansea

I went to Pizza Hut Hafod this evening and was served by a lovely lady called Maria. The deal I wanted was an online deal so she helped me place my order online.

Food was scheduled delivery at 16:10, it eventually arrived at 16:45. I called the shop at 16:35 to see where it is and was met by the utmost rude, disrespectful and complete vile woman who said it’s not her problem it’s the drivers. She was an absolute shocking ambassador to Pizza Hut! They should review who has there franchises and I would avoid ordering from here at all costs. Disgusting service

Ordered food for them to ring me and say they didn’t have what I wanted, so I cancelled the order but on the app it was saying food was still coming so rang restaurant to tell them but they were adamant it was cancelled then app said food had been delivered which it hadn’t so basically stole my money staff are the rudest people I’ve ever spoke to and just hung up on me when asking about my refund. So I’ve lost my money avoid at all costs

Every time I order from this store there seems to be an issue, last night I ordered 2 pizzas and neither had tomato sauce on them. They are always missing items and bring things that I don’t want to try and make up for the missing item.

My wife ordered a pizza on the 7th September online, we waited over an hour, after it didn't arrive, she phoned and was told the computer system was down so they couldn't deliver. Asked for a refund and was told she hadnt been charged. Next day , checked the bank and found out she had. 2 1/2 weeks later after being promised 4 times about being refunded, she is still chasing her money.. tonights episode was great, phoned the store and the member of staff said she wasnt authorised to use the card machine, so I phoned ten minutes later to order a pizza, guess what she was quite willing to accept my card details as payment...what a shower of s*** for an international company... DOMINOS OR PAPA JOHNS from now on...avoid this place like covid

Terrible service. Waited 40mins over the allocated delivery time for delivery and order was not only cold it was wrong with missing items. When called to sort it out I was told it will be replaced next time and hung up on. Ended up having to drive to shop to sort it out. Ordered 19.30 and still unresolved at 21.30. Dont waste your time with this place - order from somewhere else

This isn’t the first time we’ve been so dissatisfied with this Pizza Hut, but unfortunately it’s the one that is most convenient to our home. We have ordered online from here around 4 or 5 times now and every time we turn up at the specified time the food is never ready. This time it was 15 minutes late. We were offered a drink while we waited this time for the first time but this is not good enough considering they’re late every time. Also, the wait wouldn’t be a problem if we left and the food was all hot. The reason for the delay this time was because they’d forgotten to put in one of our pizzas. So while that pizza was hot when we left, our other two pizzas and three sides were cold. Our nachos had been sitting there so long that the crisps were a soggy mess by the time we got home, 5 minutes away. And our gluten free pizza bases were hard. Also, there is never enough cheese on the nachos and the pizzas are always messy. The sauce on the pizzas never covers the bases as it should and there’s always large amounts of bread still visible. Also, the toppings are very sparse. I think we’ve given here more than enough time to improve its food and service but as the food is disappointing every time we will not be returning unless we hear that they have started doing a better job. Our old regular was on St Helens Road in Swansea but as we’ve recently moved it is now around 20 minutes away from our new home but we will now be returning here as the food is always hot and of very high quality and the service is always amazing.

Ordered 2 pizzas at 7:55pm today.Was given a 35-45 min delivery time.no problem.At 9:25 (1:30 hours, already almost an hour longer than I was told my wait was) 1 pizza arrived, cold.Called to complain. I think it was the manager I spoke to, and he was very quick to sort the issue, however no offer of refund for my both ridiculous wait and incorrect order. The only redeeming quality of this experience was that he was quick to apologise and send my pizza out.My 2nd pizza turned up around 10:10pm and it was like the crust was made of leather. I am sure they just reheated the previously undelivered pizza rather than a new one.Not impressed at all. Not only was my delivery wait ridiculous but they failed to even deliver the whole order. Management was the only saviour of this, thank god he was friendly and patient or I would complain higher up.

Pizza was nice and delivered quickly.Everytime I order cookie dough and ice cream, they never send the ice cream.When I ring them, I'm always told there's none there.Won't give a partial refund, don't even sound like they care when you ring them.I'm currently owed 4 ice creams and won't be ordering from here again.

The last twice iv been there know. One there was only one man in the shop and he was a trainee and could not take money. Second time was there for 30 min just for a piazza. And all I got was a sorry. Never again
