Pizza Napoli in Swansea

Unexpectedly brilliant, we were a large group and ordered pizzas, kebabs and cookies all of which were delicious, fresh and served with a smile. We didn't eat the cookies till the following evening, and they were lovely. The staff were delightful, efficient and very good looking

Be 0 stars if I could.. so so disappointed in you guy's tonight! RubbishBeen a loyal and regular customer for ages, Tonight kebab was shocking! No excuses. Always recommended you to my customers as a local business owner.. never ever again. Will be advising them to use the next nearest zero1I always say to my chefs.. if you wouldn't be happy to receive this meal... don't send it out SIMPLE .What an absolute waste of my hard earned money... shame on you!

I can only give two stars because of halal meat. I don't understand it, I can't comprehend it. Y all the kebab shops in swansea are halal. I'll never know, cruelty to animals for taste is disgusting. Funny thing is knobody even realises its slowly tortured meat.. Had one by accident which I'd give 2.5 out of 5.not good. Apart from that decent guys.

Placed order via deliveroo, food wasn't delivered. Rang restaurant, they didn't want to know.... AVOID..

I'm a health and safety inspectorate and if I could put no stars I would. I visited the place and it's clear they have some sort of infestation, I'm going to go out on a limb and say cockroaches or rats. Also, there was a delivery driver who drives a white ford who was rude and just screams at you. Awful place, disgusting people. Go elsewhere.

Tonight is the first and last time I book a pizza with you. I am really very offended and mortified that on the sites there is written Italian pizza and food and that the Italian flag the flag of my country of birth is placed on the pizza box. The pizza is not Italian it does not come close at all and even from the reviews read I am not the first and the last to complain believe me remove the Italian wording it is not Italian food.

Can't recommend as one of the pizzas we ordered had a hair baked into the dough; only discovered after eating nearly half. Also the sharma wrap with hummus we ordered had about 5 small chunks of meat filled out with salad, certainly not worth the £4.50. When we called to complain about the hair, they offered us a new pizza (which we didn't really want as we'd lost our appetite) or a £7 refund (as it was buy-one-get-one-free on pizzas and the hair was only found in one pizza) which we reluctantly accepted. They came back with the £7 and we gave them back 2 hardly touched pizzas.

Hair found baked into the food, very little compassion or understanding for the issue. Why would we want a replacement when you couldn’t offer hairless food in the first place? Avoid this place like the plague. Food was of a very poor standard anyway, dry and bland. A definite no go.
