Sea Garden Chinese Restaurant in Swansea

Had a delivery tonight,disappointed the meat & King prawns weren't the best,the sauce was tasty but far to many onions ,the onions filled the dish,if I ordered a onion soup it would be a nice dish but it was the main meal,won't be ordering again

They make the best Singapore Fried Rice Totally recommended for any one in Swansea who loves Chinese food

Waited 3 hours for food and the staff was very rude on the phone.

Ordered a duck chow mein and got a duck fried rice and it was so bad I poured it in the in bin and ate a packet of super noodles with chopped up frankfurters. All in all a terrible experience, not even my cat would eat it.

Unbelievably bad, chicken have the appearance of being reheated several times, t tasted like it was made from powder mix,. Way too thick, Luke warm with approximately three pieces of onion. Salted pepper chicken was inedible hard lumps of chicken, without doubt the worst Chinese takeaway food that I have ever had the misfortune to receive. It only gets one star because it is not possible to give zero.

Had ordered tonight chicken curry with boiled rice and salty pepper chicken and small chips. The chicken is so dry and hard to chew is not edible at all, had to throw it in the bin, wasted my money and am starving.. don’t deserved a star at all.. never again 😡

Lovely if you pick it up yourself: do not order a delivery! I did so tonight, the lady on the phone could hardly understand me, & told me it was a 40 minute wait. 1 hour 30 minutes later still no food. The driver rings me when he’s “outside” (could not find my address so I had to go and meet him on the street he was on), food was cold, Chow Mein was dried up! Could tell it had been sitting in the car for a long time. Disappointing. Did not ring to complain because the woman would not have been able to understand me.

I am absolutely discusted with the way I was dealt with tonight, we ordered all in one tray with rice and chips I was delivered chips with just enough rice in areas to cover the bottom of the tray, upon calling them back to let them know I was told that I ordered wrong ( I order it all the time) and then was told customer is not always right, then she said I can have a refund then she said I can't , I then said id walk it back she told me ok, I said why don't you send your driver back here I'll have a refund she told me no her driver's finished for the night. Her attitude is bloody discracful and I will never buy here again! Customer service training is highly recommend and a wake up call !

the food have got alot better over the past 2 years i stopped going here for a while as the curry sauce chanhed bit now back to a really loveky curry definitely worth a try...
