Starbucks in Swansea

Fabulous atmosphere and staff are very kind and helpful, always with a smile on their face!

Staff and coffee were nice. Vegan breakfast bap is really nice. They didn't have ANY cake tho. Like, at all. Dunno if that was because it was just after lunchtime or maybe they just didn't get a deliver or something.

Had a nice relaxing time, the drinks were good although they didn't have coconut milk or skimmed milk. I felt sorry for the lady working, she was on her own and run off her feet trying to serve at the till, make the drinks and food and tidy up. I think a class may have just finished so everyone seemed to come in at the same time. I think they need at least 2 people working.

Usually enjoy my orders from here. Today I ordered the berry hot chocolate to try instead of my usual. WORST MISTAKE EVER. First off, why would anyone want a hot chocolate that tastes like Ribena? The flavour was not subtle, absolutely disgusting drink and no answer when I tried calling the establishment. If you fancy a quick spew before your day starts, go ahead and order one

Fast, good customer service and seating area was clean and well looked after. Coffee was delicious as always.

Calm, spacious indoor and outdoor seating area albeit shorter opening hours until 5pm and limited choice because of current situation. Easy access, disabled parking.

Great, lovely surroundings by the Marina in Swansea, not too far from The Village Hotel.

While the place is quite nice and clean, the coffee is just decent.

I was staying in the village hotel.And this is situated in there lobby really handy to have and to grab a coffee on the way outHad a coffee and cake welst there and it wasn't to bad for the price
